Reisroute

We have booked a guide: Fabio for historic Naples. He's passionate, really interesting and funny. I advise him.
We booked this tour to get an impression of the highlights of the city and get inside tips for food and restaurants. Our guide Serena, who is kind and helpful, started by asking us question instead of starting to talk. What are your travel experiences so far, what did and do you like and what do you expect. While we were strolling the streets, we got all of information and (bought) tastes we were interested in. This tour gave us an excellent general inside in the Napolitan life. We really recommend you to book this excursion one of the first days you will stay in Naples. It will really help you during the rest of your stay. And for people who are more experienced in Napels. Book a tour with Serena for extra details and background information. As long as you ask, she will not stop informing you!
Three of us took an amazing walking tour of Naples, Italy with Roberto. He split the tour between the old city and the newer side and we were able to appreciate the vast history of Naples. Four hours is just enough to wet your appetite for this truly amazing city - and make you want to come back and spend a aeek or two.
Tour - Naples In Oct., I spent ten days on the Salerno Peninsula aka Amalfi Coast. Researching the trip, there were numerous areas that I wanted to visit and learn more about. I also researched many guides online and kept coming back to Roberto as presenting the most consistent outlines of the specific areas that I wanted to visit. I wasn’t disappointed with my choice. Naples is a “must see” city in the Campania region, if only to make you appreciate the relative beauty of the numerous other towns that you can visit in the region. From the main bus stop, we spent several hours walking the central city area with Roberto pointing out and discussing the numerous castles, monuments, museums and churches. Especially noted was the Galleria Umberto I which was built by 1890. It is similar to the one in Milan. All of Roberto’s explanations were again clear, concise and open to any questions which I had about the subjects.
Thank you so much! Happy you enjoyed the beatiful city of Naples
Roberto was above and beyond! He took into account our personal interests and when possible visited them. He also pointed out those sites. His knowledge of architecture and of course being an archeologist added to everything. Seeing the National Archeological Museum with him culminated our trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Paestum and was the perfect ending. Suggest you see those places with him also. He is excellent.
Roberto was our guide and he was incredible. His knowledge of Naples and of the Archeological Museum was exceptional. He understands how much information is enough for his group and his caring and attentiveness was beyond our expectations. His recommendations for lunch were also perfect. He also assisted us with our transportation needs on the next day. His guidance made the tour exceptional.
