Met een topsnelheid van 30 mph en het vermogen om op gras, paden, zand en natuurlijk bestrating te rijden, zul je het in een mum van tijd geweldig vinden. Het rijden op de Onewheel is gemakkelijk te leren, zelfs voor mensen zonder eerdere boardsportervaring met de juiste instructie (les inbegrepen). Ik zorg voor instructie, helmen, veiligheidsuitrusting (kniebeschermers, elleboogbeschermers, polsbeschermers). Elektrische scooters zijn beschikbaar voor degenen die de Onewheel liever niet proberen. Geniet van een prachtige rit langs de San Diego Waterfront van Liberty Station Park naar Embarcadero. Although my wife had no interest, I always wanted to try a Onewheel. Jesse made in simple. The liberty station area is big, open, and flat with no crowds. Jesse had me educated and up and riding in under 30 minutes. I had a great time tooling around the park while my wife shop the many local stores. Jesse had all the safety gear. In addition to the mandatory helmet, I choose wrist and elbow guards, being a newbie. The afternoon was great, and I used most of my four hour rental till my legs got tired. You can quit at any time, simply locking the board to a local bike rack.
WOW - when I tell you we had the best time, that would still be an understatement! We got to explore and see so much of San Diego in such a unique way, and we felt totally safe the entire time despite not having any prior experience on a one wheel. Jesse was a blast, and kept us laughing the entire way through. I highly recommend this experience to anyone!

I booked a rental and lesson from Jesse at San Diego Onewheel Rentals and he did an excellent job. We met at Liberty Station where he spent a good amount of time going over safety and how to stop and dismount. Then we cruised around on the grass for a while until I got comfortable and graduated to the sidewalk. Before long I was zipping around and having a blast. I highly recommend getting a lesson from Jesse, he made learning to ride a Onewheel easy.

Very fun with 3 teenage boys. My wife rode the scooter which was perfect. Jesse was great and the tour was perfect. Would recommend for a family looking for something fun to do.
As Geralt says, "This world doesn't need a hero, it needs a professional." I rented from Jesse when visiting San Diego because I wanted to try different models before purchasing one in the near future. My home town is not big enough to support a OneWheel rental business, so this was a great thing to do while in San Diego for other reasons. Jesse is easy to reach, communicates clearly, and is timely with appointments. He began by leading my family of four through a clear and helpful "intro lesson" to help our comfort and safety, and was flexible with picking up rented equipment at the end of the day. Jesse also talks about OneWheels helpfully. His rental units have stock components, but his personal units have third-party components, and he is clear when describing the choices he made to customize his own boards for comfort and ride feel, for customers who might be making similar choices. As a businessman in my 50s I can only imagine some of his behind the scenes work issues. OneWheels are certainly Darwin Award Generators: they invite reckless and overconfident people to behave in foolish and dangerous ways. So I also appreciate Jesse's hidden professionalism. How many hours must he have spent with attorneys to write the waiver I signed, and draft his company liability policy? Not the work issues I would want to deal with, so I appreciate that he has the willingness to deal with such things. My kids and I had a lot of fun that day, and I was able to do the testing I needed to do to decide on my future purchase. Mission successful!

Jesse gave s great lesson and the boards where in great condition. The route he recommends is great and perfect for beginners.
Our first time riding a One Wheel. The lesson provided by Jesse was excellent. We were up and riding in no time. The boards and scooter (my grand daughter didn’t weigh enough to make the one wheel sensors engage correctly, Jesse brought a scooter for her to ride just in case this happened) worked as intended. Communication before our selected day was great. The day of the ride Jesse was there on time. After our time was up Jesse returned right on time. I will for sure rent from him again! There were no negatives. Great time and great experience.
Never having ridden a One Wheel this was a great experience. Jesse gave us a class and spent about 30 mins making sure we were comfortable before we left. Jesse was easy to work with and make the experience that much more enjoyable. Gave us routes and places to try for our limited skill set. Great time and we will definitely be renting from him again.
