Uw chauffeur en voertuig staan aan de voorkant van het hotel. Laat de portier weten dat er een auto komt om u op te halen. Bij Hotel pickups is uw vertrektijd 2 uur voor vertrek van uw vlucht voor binnenlandse vluchten, of 3 uur voor vertrek van uw vlucht voor internationale vluchten. Uw chauffeur en voertuig staan aan de voorkant van het hotel. Laat de portier weten dat er een auto komt om u op te halen. 12 uur voor het ophalen ontvangt u een sms met de naam van de chauffeur en het mobiele nummer.

We were getting off of a cruise ship and traveling to the Fort Lauderdale airport. We were able to get off the ship early and I text our driver and he was already a couple of minutes away and was able to pick us up early and get us dropped off at the airport to make our early morning travel smooth, and quick. The car was clean and beautiful and it was overall a wonderful wonderful experience.

Easy pickup although did not receive notification that it would be delayed although they claim they messaged me. When it did arrive it was very comfortable and easy delivery to port
Communication was poor. I changed the location of pick up and called the next day to confirm the pick up location. The driver arrived early and we said we’d be right down. When we arrived at the front entrance, he was not there. Turned out he was at the original pick up place and he was not informed. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
The driver was prompt, friendly, and professional. The van was clean and had plenty of space. Or ride was comfortable. I will most certainly use them again
