Reisroute
We beginnen onze fantastische tijd vanuit Sevilla.

Insightful, and well rounded experience. We enjoyed it very much. We feel we will take our new found knowledge and apply it in our life.
Top quality experience. Miguel was our driver - he was very professional and delivered us smoothly and safely to the farm. On the farm, Elena was our tour guide and she was amazing. Knowledgeable, gave a great tour, and was excellent company. There were only four of us total on the tour, so we had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and Elena had answers for them all. Would absolutely recommend this tour, 10/10, and would also recommend buying lots of oil from the gift shop.
It was wonderful! Learned a lot about olive growing. There were only 4 people on the tour and that made it so special.
We originally had a private tour booked, but it had to be rearranged. They were very accommodating in offering alternatives. The van driver was friendly and shared many tips and stories. Our tour guide st the olive oil farm was excellent. She shared so much information and we learned so much. We loved the olive oil tasting and the sweet surprise! Got to meet Juan, the owner of the farm. Lovely way to spend 4 hours. Do not hesitate to book.
We did a wonderful olive farm and oil tasting half day tour with Naturanda. Very informative, interesting and well organised. Would highly recommend!
Hello 90franc., thank you for your review! We're glad you liked your Olive oil tour that much, and we'd be glad to see you again being part of one of our activities. Bye, Naturanda
Let me start by being very clear: the olive oil farm, factory, and staff of Basilippo were absolutely amazing, and are worth 5/5. This is the only reason I’m giving this a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 because the tour company, Naturanda Turismo Ambiental, did not deliver at all. First, they advertised that they would pick up at our hotel, but our hotel was not listed as a pickup option. They sent an email asking us if “we could keep the meeting location” at their office, so I asked them to confirm that they could not pick up from our hotel just to be sure. They responded saying they would confirm the pickup location the day before the event, without answering my question. By the night before the event, I had yet to receive any communication from them. I sent an email that night asking for confirmation as we wanted to plan our day around whether we needed to leave our hotel to meet them or not. We didn’t hear back from them until they called 2 hours before the tour was scheduled to start! They confirmed they would be picking us up at our hotel, and said to be outside 5 minutes early. They then sent a follow up email saying to be outside 10 minutes early. We were ready on time, and they showed up 10 minutes late. Second, the tour length is falsely advertised. The tour felt a bit rushed and we were at the location for less than 2 hours. The tour was advertised as 4 hours total on Viator, with 15 minutes travel before and after, and 3 hours and 10 minutes on the property. We felt rushed and shortchanged. I feel as though we should get a 1/3 or our money back as we only got 2/3 of the time advertised. It would have been nice to have time to wander around and take a closer look at everything mentioned on the tour, but we were not provided that. If we were allowed to do so, it was not communicated to us. The driver did not let us know we were needing to leave, but started the van and opened the doors. Everyone was a bit confused by the short time, and were concerned we might be left behind if we didn’t get in the van right away. This tour has amazing potential, as the farm, factory and its staff are truly awesome and worth visiting. However, the lack of communication by the tour company and false advertising regarding length of time onsite and the sheer lack of time to enjoy the environment are sadly lacking.

What a great experience! I learned so much on this tour. The owner is very passionate about his farm, and it was so interesting to see the old and new ways that olive oil is pressed. We had a tasting, and wow what a difference quality makes! So glad we took this tour. Highly recommend!
Hello, thank you so much for your feedback. We are so glad you appreciated the Olive Oil Farm Tour.
Really interesting, informative, friendly And helpful driver and guide at the farm. Really fun, interactive experience. I learned a lot about olive oil!
The tour was wonderful! Our guide (Angela) was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the farm and olives. We also met the owner of the farm who was very friendly and great to talk to!
The description showed a 15 min drive out of town with a 3.5 hr tour. Which appealed to me. I received a call evening before the tour to tell me they’re using a new, modern farm but it’s 1.5 drive each way with a 1.5 hour tour and tasting. The facility is very nice however it’s much too long of a drive for such a short tour. More driving than tour! The farm was a quick tour of the outside and mostly inside. Beautiful building with nice place to eat as well (but this wasn’t included nor was there time to eat, instead we were stopped at some cafe next to a gas station to grab a quick bite. I wouldn’t recommend. If they changed up their itinerary, maybe
