Ik ben een Kroatische natuurliefhebber en familie boerderij Eigenaar. Mijn familie is al generaties lang met liefde aan het boeren. Ze kwamen naar Dubrovnik in 16 eeuw en het bewerken van het land voor Dubrovnik adel op wiens land we vandaag zijn. Geniet van het grootste klaslokaal ter wereld – de openlucht natuuromgeving van Dubrovnik!

Ontsnap aan de drukte van de stad voor een paar uur en doe mee voor deze unieke ervaring tussen de wijngaarden, olijfbomen en fruit. De locatie is Vardia boerderij in Malaštica Hill, 200 meter boven de Adriatische Zee, op slechts 15 - min schilderachtige rijden van de oude binnenstad van Dubrovnik en in de buurt van de grens met Bosnië en Herzegovina. U wordt opgehaald van uw hotel of een ontmoetingspunt. Er is een gemakkelijke wandeling naar beneden en omhoog de heuvel door de olijfgroeven, biologische boerderij en oude eikenbos. U proeft een zelfgemaakte kruidenbrandewijn of een likeur gemaakt met fruit uit onze boomgaard. In het grootste klaslokaal ter wereld – het platteland van Dubrovnik – zal ik de kennis die ik heb opgedaan door middel van onderwijs en werken in het veld met mijn vader en grootvader met jullie delen. U proeft onze heerlijke biologische olijfolie met huisgemaakt brood en onze witte wijn. U komt alles te weten over de teelt en productie en proeft al onze producten. Hierna lopen we terug naar de auto en word je terug gebracht naar je accommodatie.

Cannot recommend this enough, Ivica was so friendly and passionate about his craft, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of his family farm and also gave us some great tips about where to go in the city for great food and beaches. The end result after the tour was delightful, we got to try different snacks, homemade bread and olive oil and wine made from the fruits of the farm. Ivica was the perfect host, thank for you an unforgettable experience. If you are able to cope with a moderate hike, book this, you won’t be disappointed!
It was such a lovely experience! Walking the trails on the family and tasting all of the delicious products produced by the family! Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area!
Very nice experience with interesting and knowledgeable guide. Had tour of the Olive farm from the owner who is taken care of it currently after multiple generations in his family. Had wine, cheese, and olive oil for lunch along with homemade bread. Everything was excellent. Would highly recommend.
Its an experience not to be missed. The history of the village was great and walking through the area with all types of herbs, olive trees orange trees to many to name our guide was excelent very proud of his family farm. This is an incredible tour to learn about the local food and wine and see all of the hard work The Family has put in over hundreds of years. The property is beautiful and you can see all of the wide variety of plants and trees. Ivica has great knowledge of the area and I think the tour is a great compliment to go along with exploring the old city.
Such a peaceful and beautiful family farm! We learned so much about the Croatian culture and about hardworking farm families! Great photos and memories!
