We had the absolute pleasure to visit and take part in the sampling and getting the history of olive oil. The guide taking us through the tasting was fantastic and even came down to help me select some olive oil to purchase. If you are on the area I highly recommend calling in and booking the sampling. I will always look at olive oil in a different way now. Thank you.

Great professionals, quite educational and teaching, you learn to value and catalog the quality of the oil. Perfect for small groups

Sadly the tasting experience was not available on Saturday. It could have been a one off so check if you intend going on a Saturday. Excellent experience even without the tasting experience, you still end the tour by trying a few out. Giffs on everything to explain in English and french Evan touch screens for videos. Cost 3.50€ and worth every penny. Don’t miss the inner courtyard that does have steps with machinery pots etc A lovely gentleman speaks excellent English if needed. At the moment there is a pop up exhibition on shawls on your way to the exit. Very rare in ubeda to find English offered on tours. But this self guided tour does have explanations in 2 languages.

We did the oil tasting and in addition to being a very instructive experience, it was most enjoyable. It has allowed us to get to know one of our flagship products better and to value all the work behind it.

The staff who explained and carried out the oil tasting was fantastic, explained everything great and was very close at all times. An experience I recommend to everyone and would even repeat it again.
