I had to go into ticket office to get a print out. They wouldn’t accept phone QR code. It’s easy to buy tickets there at booth.
I just want to thank the agency for their quick response and efficient handling of my bus tickets to Machu Picchu. Even though I purchased them at the last minute, they managed to process everything fast and send my tickets right away. Thank you, Mapi Travel!

I accidentally booked for the wrong date. Even though the tickets were not refundable, they switched them to the correct day with no extra charges. Thank you so much for your help 👍🏻
Easy to buy tickets on-line. Comfortable bus with great views from a window seat. Would definatly recommend.
A bit tedious, the QR code doesn’t get you on the bus, you have to stop at a counter first to get a bus ticket which the process isn’t straight forward but good to get advanced tickets.
Long queues, disorganization, continuous screaming, dirty and poorly maintained buses, abandoned drivers and unfriendly. Were it not for the fact that the alternative is to climb a few hundred steps they would have no business and would be forced to improve their service. The pain of monopolies.
Despite I know you have a very experienced bus drivers, in the way back bus speed looks excessive in some curves, with risk of falling down
The busses were very frequent and comfortable. My friend and I had a great experience at Machu Picchu!

The Service provision of this Enterprise was excellent, the organization to access the combis in both headers is very good and dynamic, the vehicles always clean and the drivers friendly and efficient.
