The ticket provider, Roots in Rome, Barcelona, did not provide a ticket until after the booking time, and then it was for a time I had not requested, so it was worthless. Do not but through Tripadvisor, Viator, or Roots in Rome. Go direct to the Park Guell site! Important! Also Tripadvisor has not been helpful in providing a refund
We booked an English tour, 55 minutes. No where in the booking instructions did Roots in Rome- the operator indicate that they weren’t physically providing the tour. We repeatedly asked where to meet, and got back vague responses. Turns out it was as audio tour - which was not sent to us until after we complained after we left the park! So we received the audio via email after we left the park. They are also refusing to refund us. Complete SCAM!
We were not able to get in, a QR code was never sent that the place could allow us to go in. We used the chat function and was only told to scan the barcode which again is not what accepted at the park. We requested and was denied a refund in less than 5 minutes. We ended up buying tickets at the park. We will be disputing the charges.

Great park, beautifully designed. Still only 3 stars because There are far too few toilets for the number of people. Too expensive.
The operator in charge of the tour never responded to messages in a timely manner. It has been a theft of USD 138 for tickets that only cost USD 60. It did not include any contracted services, and they did not respond to the complaint. It has been a THEFT and a scam.
Well worth a visit a fascinating walk through these stunning gardens to admire amazing works of art .
Park Guell was so beautiful. I truly wish I could have stayed longer.
Amazing like being in a fairytale!
We paid more than 700 NOK for tickets that clearly stated that entry to the Park Guell Museum was included. However, when we arrived, we were denied access to the museum despite this being explicitly listed in the booking details. During our visit, we contacted customer service three separate times. Each time, we were promised that the issue would be investigated and that we would receive a callback. Nobody ever called us back. Your staff also confirmed over the phone that our tickets were in fact supposed to include museum access, yet no solution or assistance was provided. As a result of your failure to resolve the issue, we spent more than an hour of our visit on the phone with customer service instead of enjoying the park experience we had paid for. The entire visit was negatively affected, and we did not receive the service that was advertised and purchased. This level of service and lack of follow-up is completely unacceptable. We paid for a product that was not delivered, and your customer support failed to handle the situation appropriately despite multiple opportunities to correct it.
