De Story Bridge is een stalen cantileverbrug die op de monumentenlijst staat en de Brisbane River overspant en vervoert auto-, fiets- en voetgangersverkeer tussen de noordelijke en zuidelijke buitenwijken van Brisbane, Queensland, Australië. Het is de langste cantileverbrug in Australië. De weg over de brug heet Bradfield Highway. De brug verbindt Fortitude Valley met Kangaroo Point. De Story Bridge werd in 1940 geopend en werd tot 1947 getolereerd.
Varend over de rivier gaan we door de stad en zien we alle historische en moderne bezienswaardigheden.
Southbank is een zeer populaire locatie voor de lokale bevolking en bezoekers. Door de mens gemaakte stranden en zwemlagunes zijn erg populair. De parken bestaan uit een mix van regenwoud, water, grasvelden en pleinen, evenals kenmerken zoals de promenade langs de rivier, het Streets Beach, de Grand Arbour, het Courier Mail Piazza, de Nepalese Peace Pagoda, het Wheel of Brisbane, restaurants, winkels en fonteinen.

Prepare to learn the history of the Brisbane Rivers and by passing iconic views and learning in depth knowledge of this historic buildings and bridges . We also got given morning breakfast tea with scones which i enjoyed while on the boat.

The river breeze was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, but the historical riverside buildings they explained were not really worth seeing. The so-called “morning tea” was nothing fancy—just a self-serve paper cup of coffee or tea and a small supermarket-style cupcake. For what it offered, the price was far too high. You’d be better off taking the same route on the CityCat ferry for a round trip. 川風は気持ちよく、スタッフもフレンドリーだったが、説明された河岸の歴史的な建造物も大して見る価値はなく、「モーニングティー」と言う大袈裟なものはなく、ただの紙コップのコーヒー又は紅茶とスーパーで売っているような小さなカップケーキ一つがセルフサービスで受け取れるだけ。この中身にしては料金が高すぎる。同じコースをシティキャットのフェリーで往復すればよし。
