Provider failed to pick up. Stuck in Sapa, I had to pay four times the cost of original cost to return to Hanoi. Meeting point was clearly marked on ticket but provided a no show. When I attempted to text provider, no response.
Good communication from the company. They arrived when they said they would. Early departure and the driver made a quick stop to get us coffee, water and a bun. What a nice gesture. Comfortable ride right to our hotel in Hanoi.
