- De minimumleeftijd is 5 jaar oud, met een minimumgewicht van 100 pond voor solo vluchten en een gecombineerd maximumgewicht van 450 pond voor tandem- of triple vluchten.
- Parasailing is weersafhankelijk en werkt alleen bij aanhoudende wind onder 20 mijl per uur volgens de voorschriften van de Amerikaanse kustwacht – annuleringen van het weer komen in aanmerking voor een nieuwe planning of krediet.
- Geniet van 8 - 12 minuten vliegtijd per persoon met het volledige avontuur van maximaal 90 minuten

Mike a disgusting captain never again will I book as long as he’s there. My 2pm boat left at 1:50 when I arrived instead of two like they said. Trying to find it when Mike was extremely rude talking to me like he knows me and I’m not a customer?? Disgusting

Viator lists this experience as parasailing with a description of the parasailing experience. However, the listing was actually as an observer in the boat. We had to pay cash at the boat to actually parasail. I don’t know if this listing mistake is by viator or by the boat company but it is upsetting that there wasn’t more clarity in the listing.

This team told me boat maintenance so it was canceled, after ten days I stil didn’t get the refund, but the team told me the refund is going to processed ten days ago

Experienced crew and fun small group of people. If you have been debating whether or not to do this, don’t hesitate! Not scary at all and absolutely beautiful and calm flight from and back to the boat! No hard landings…a breeze!

Despite having known their boats had been under maintenance since I booked, they called only one hour before my appointment to tell me they would need to reschedule to the following week. I was leaving the following day. They said I would receive a refund, but they did not know when I would get it. I’ve only been getting notifications to rate my experience ever since.

Booking was cancelled twice, supposedly due to boat maintenance. If the boat was unavailable for service, we should have been advised much earlier and the company should have made every effort to find us another booking. I can't believe they have only one boat. Unacceptable.
