Horrible, they cancelled 40 minutes before the appointment and was already on site so I wouldn't be late. Claiming weather yet I was able to go and pay another business on site and went out with them. Don't use this company.
I booked the shark cage experience on Oahu and it turned out to be one of the best things I’ve done on the island. The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything before we got in the water, made sure everyone felt safe, and kept the vibe fun the whole time. Once in the cage, the water was clear and the sharks came in close enough for amazing photos. It never felt dangerous—just exciting. If you’re looking for something unique and unforgettable, this is absolutely worth it.
The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Ken and Hunter took great care of us and thoroughly prepared us for what to expect, which made the experience feel both exciting and safe. There were about eight Galápagos sharks circling the cage, and they seemed just as curious about us as we were about them. The water was a little choppy around the cage, but if anything, it made the adventure even more memorable. My 12-year-old son absolutely loved the experience, and seeing his excitement made it even more special. If you’re considering this excursion, don’t hesitate—it is an unforgettable experience and an absolute must-do.
Saw many Galapagos Sharks ! The water was very wavy so if you are prone to motion sickness prepare ahead of time! Fun!

What a great experience! That was a bucket list item for my daughter and I and this trip definitely didn’t disappoint. Sharks were at the boat before we even anchored to the cage.
I booked this tour based on the reviews. Here are my thoughts: The boat launch was easy to find. The changing room bathroom near the boat was very dirty. I would probably change clothes somewhere else. The boat itself wasn’t the prettiest thing I have ever seen. The crew (Colby and “Ika” sp?) definitely made up for those two inconveniences. Even though they are young, they were knowledgeable and made a great team. The company did call us the day before to move our dive time from 11am to 8am. We hired a driver and luckily he was able to change his schedule and drive there. They told us that the earlier time would be better due to rough waters. Maybe it’s just the time of year but perhaps not scheduling the later boat rides would be better. The ocean was still a bit bumpy. They said it was a 2 out of 10 scale. I can’t imagine anything over a 2. If you have any motion sickness issues, you will need to think twice about this tour or be prepared beforehand. I have pretty good sea legs and did ok but the cage also follows the ocean currents so you have to hang on while viewing the sharks. That part was truly tricky and spectacular. It’s a little like a wash machine with snorkeling equipment. I’m really glad I did it though. It’s a once in a lifetime experience. We saw so many sharks. You are in the water for about 20 minutes. Which is probably best. The crew were so understanding and helpful getting in and out of the cage. Thanks for a great experience!!
Aloha! Thank you for coming out with us and leaving a review. The bathrooms at the harbor are maintained by the state of Hawaii. We apologize if it wasn’t to clean as we don’t have the keys or are required to maintain them. Our ocean can certainly seem rough to people who didn’t grow up boating in the middle of the Pacific Ocean but we are so glad that regardless of our typical ocean chop you were still able to see the sharks and enjoy our adventure. We are glad you had a good time and we hope to see you again for another epic adventure. Mahalo -Hawaii Shark Encounters.
This was an incredible experience. Our captains, Adam and Efron were perfect for the day and very helpful. The seas were rough, but we made the best of it and the experience to dive with the sharks was amazing. We saw 6 to 8 Galapagos sharks, but we would recommend taking an earlier timeslot because the seas are a bit calmer in the morning. We went at 10:30but would recommend the 7am slot. Our captains we’re also very thoughtful having a freshwater rinse ready for each person when you came out of the cage swimming and had TicTacs to take the salt water taste out of your mouth and settle any nausea You may have from the boat ride. Worth every penny.

What an incredible experience, but be sure to take your motion, sickness pills. They say the earliest trip is the best and most likely for calmer waters. We took the 10 AM trip and the waves were rocking. You get thrashed around pretty good in the cage and don’t use the snorkel because the water would just go into the top tube but holding your breath and going underwater, you see the most incredible sharks and we even saw a barracuda! Highly recommend and even if you don’t think you need them to take some motion, sickness pills!

Kaleb and Efram were awesome. We were fortunate enough to have a small group go out so we had about 40 minutes of cage time. Saw 5 Galapagos Sharks.

Nick and Miles were the most amazing crew. Both had a great sense of humor and a really good knowledge of not only the sharks but everything else we saw too! The barracuda and Iwa bird lessons were amazing little surprises!
Aloha! Thank you for coming out with us and leaving a review. Our crew certainly loves what that do. We are glad you had a good time and we hope to see you again for another epic adventure. Mahalo -Hawaii Shark Encounters.
