- Alle bezoekers die aan boord gaan van een Statue City Cruises-vertrek naar Liberty en/of Ellis Island moeten de beveiligingsprocedures van luchthavenkwaliteit doorlopen in de Screeningsfaciliteit.
- Alle minderjarigen (17 jaar en jonger) moeten worden begeleid door een verantwoordelijke volwassene (25 jaar of ouder).
- Kinderen van 3 jaar en jonger hebben geen ticket nodig.
- De tijd die op uw ticket staat vermeld, geeft aan wanneer u in de rij moet staan om de veiligheidscontrolefaciliteit te betreden, niet een specifiek vertrek. U mag alleen in de wachtrij staan om de veiligheidscontrolefaciliteit te betreden op het tijdstip dat op uw ticket wordt vermeld.
- Er zijn geen kluisjes bij de screeningfaciliteit op Battery Park.
- Veerboten vertrekken ongeveer elke 20 - 30 minuten vanaf het vertrekpunt van New York.
- Veerboten vertrekken ongeveer elke 35 minuten vanaf het vertrekpunt van New Jersey.
- Zelfbedieningskluisjes ($2, alleen munten van 25 cent worden geaccepteerd) zijn beschikbaar voordat u het Vrijheidsbeeld Nationaal Monument betreedt. Loved the statute of liberty tour an amazing experience I would do it again had an amazing time and the ferry was nice
Booking was a breeze. We didn’t have any issues getting to the boat, they even told us where to park once we got there, which was my biggest concern.
Absolutely recommend! We enjoyed the ferry ride, the visit to Liberty Island and the stop at Ellis Island. The ferry runs continuously, the trip was organized and the employees of the National Park are friendly and full of knowledge. We planned in advance and visited The Crown and it was definitely a highlight of our entire trip!
It is a beautiful and exciting experience, but the only thing that should be specified when purchasing tickets is that entry to the statue itself is not included.

I didn’t get to use the tickets due to the rain and being told we had to stay the entire 3 hours outside. I couldn’t put my granddaughter in that situation due to her health concerns
It was too crowded and the line to get back on the boat was too long. I am a senior citizen and standing in the hot sun for 45 minutes elbow to elbow with hundreds of strangers nearly did me in. The water on the boat was too expensive and I really needed some hydration. I did like the museum.
Its beauty and symbolism go beyond its huge figure. More than a symbol of New York, the Statue of Liberty is a symbol of a country and an ideal. Visiting it is contemplating its beauty, appreciating the landscape and valuing the ideals that built this great nation. A lighthouse for the world.
The trip was good except due to a power outage we did not get the complete package. We were unable to travel to Ellis island even though we paid for that part of the tour. There was no explanation or reimbursement for the missing part of the tour. Only the boat crew member yelled to people, 'no power cannot go on shore.'
There was very little communication once we got to the drop off point. I had to ask several employees where to go because each told me the wrong info until one kind woman finally directed me to the correct spot. The tour itself was very disappointing because when we got to Ellis Island there was a power outage and the tour was canceled. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
