Wat onze ervaring uniek maakt, is de perfecte mix van geschiedenis, natuur en authentieke Nubische cultuur, allemaal in één zorgvuldig samengesteld avontuur. • Begin waar de farao's eindigden: Bij de oude Tombes van de Edelen loop je in de voetsporen van de vergeten elite van Egypte, hoog op de kliffen met een prachtig uitzicht op de Nijl dat de meeste toeristen nooit bereiken. • Adem schoonheid in op Botanical Island, een vredig paradijs waar zeldzame planten uit de hele wereld bloeien – een oase die de lokale bevolking koestert, maar waar weinig bezoekers de diepte in gaan. • Beleef de cultuur, niet alleen observeren. In het Nubische dorp ben je geen gast, maar familie. U deelt een traditionele maaltijd in een kleurrijk Nubisch huis, hoort de verhalen van een trots volk en ervaart een kant van Egypte die warm, echt en onvergetelijk is, met een zeilboot van Via Felucca

It has been a very good experience. Our guide Kalil contacted me to keep me informed; he picked us up at our cruise and we set off with the felucca towards the island with the botanical garden. After a while there, he picked us up to give us a bath in the Nile. He was giving us explanations in English about what we were seeing. We arrived at the Nubian village, and there he took us to a house where they offered us various types of tea, water, there are bathrooms, we saw crocodiles, and we got a henna tattoo. We did not go up with the cars to the viewpoint, nor was it necessary seeing that they were being driven by some kids at full speed. After a stroll through the market, we told him when we wanted to return, and we did so with the fatigue of the day. Highly recommended, much more economical than with the cruise; plus, the boat was just for us, a marvel.

We booked the tour a few hours in advance and ended up having the boat to ourselves. Very smooth sail to the Nubian village with amazing sights. We had 1 free hour there to explore, which was enough time. The captain didn't speak anything in English, but it didn't impact the tour at all, just made it a bit complicated to find the right spot and get in the ship. Great price per quality, well recommended.

We booked this experience last minute, and everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. The communication was clear and easy, and the team made sure everything was perfectly arranged despite the short notice. The felucca ride itself from Aswan to the Botanical Garden and the Nubian Village was absolutely wonderful, peaceful, scenic, and a great way to enjoy the Nile.
