Li-Sheng was an exceptional guide for our Notre-Dame tour. He did a wonderful job sharing the stories, history, and significance of the cathedral in a way that kept everyone engaged. We met at a small coffee shop just down the road from Notre-Dame, which was a lovely and relaxed way to begin. Li-Sheng explained the history of the area as we walked along the riverbank before starting the exterior portion of the tour. The exterior tour lasted a little over 45 minutes, and he did an excellent job keeping our entire group’s attention throughout. At the end, he walked us directly to the skip-the-line entrance, which made an already exceptional experience even better. We highly recommend Li-Sheng to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, engaging, and memorable Notre-Dame tour!

Easy location to meet our guide,James. Our walking tour was an enjoyable way to learn the history of Notre Dame. James is the best guide. He provided a relaxed walking tour that combined history with current events. Also loved our timed entry. James stayed with us until we were cleared to enter. The inside is amazing! Definitely recommend this tour.
Not as advertised too expensive for value
This was a fun experience! Our guide was very informative and friendly. This ticket is worth it just for the front of the line pass alone. We would have had to wait in a HUGE line without this ticket!! Definitely book this if you want a guaranteed chance of getting inside the Notre Dame.
The tour was fascinating and the tour guide provided a historical and contemporary view of the church.
Timothee was an excellent tour guide. He was so passionate about the history. It was like listening to a story. Highly recommended getting a tour to fully understand and appreciate the Notre Dame.
We were about 15 minutes late and missed the tour. It took us a while to find the Coffee shop. Once we found out that we missed the tour I tried to contact the tour guide. He/she did not answer the phone call. I finally had to add the number to my contact list and send a text asking if we could be scheduled for another time. The answer was NO all are booked up. Why is the meeting place so far from Notre Dame? Surely you can find a more convenient place to meet? We paid more than $100.00 for this tour for 4 of us. You could have shown a little flexibility to 4 Americans who are not familiar with Paris. Please give us a refund or a voucher. Booking # BR 1414243379. Thank you for your review. We’d like to address this honestly: 1. You arrived 15 minutes late to a timed group tour. This is something you acknowledge yourself. The tour cannot wait — there are other paying guests who arrived on time. 2. Our guide was in the middle of leading a live tour when you called. Answering their phone was not an option. 3. Our meeting point is 300 metres from Notre Dame’s entrance. It is clearly marked in your booking confirmation, your reminder email, and the map link we send every guest. Meeting outside the cathedral itself would mean finding your group among thousands of tourists — which would cause far more confusion. We genuinely hope you enjoyed Paris, but we are not in a position to offer a refund for a missed tour due to late arrival. Our policies exist to be fair to every guest, including those who planned their time accordingly. We wish you well.
This experience was not what we expected. Our guide was knowledgeable, however, the description of the tour was one that was to have had a guided tour of both the interior and exterior of Notre Dame. Our guide only gave us an exterior tour. We were not given timed tickets or a guided tour for the interior of Notre Dame. Very disappointed. We would like our money returned.
