The express entry to the inside of the cathedral is the real star, not much info on the tour itself which is quite short.
THE guide was sweet but out of place. Didn't know what to do with his timing.
Alan was very informative and we really enjoyed the tour of the Notre Dame exterior!
Although a tour in French had been agreed upon at the time of booking, the guide did not provide it; the English wasn't great either. A lot of unnecessary gestures to fill time. We stayed for a few minutes and therefore did not have a guided tour. The little we did have was of a very mediocre standard.
Kam was very good. She was knowledgeable, friendly and engaged with us on this tour. We enjoyed it very much.
Perfect. Extremely nice Tour Guide
Our tour guide Artur was fantastic! He was friendly, very informed, and eager to answer all our questions. However, even though we purchased the "premium indoor/outdoor" guided tour, he was only with us outside Notre Dame. There was no guide to talk to us and describe the pieces and history inside. We ended up having to purchase the audio guide to learn about the inside of the building. It was very disappointing and an unexpected extra expense. This is why my review is not a 5. The guide gets 5 stars, but the experience of not getting what I booked gives the company 2-3 stars.
Lots of history, not the most exciting for kids.
Li-Sheng was an exceptional guide for our Notre-Dame tour. He did a wonderful job sharing the stories, history, and significance of the cathedral in a way that kept everyone engaged. We met at a small coffee shop just down the road from Notre-Dame, which was a lovely and relaxed way to begin. Li-Sheng explained the history of the area as we walked along the riverbank before starting the exterior portion of the tour. The exterior tour lasted a little over 45 minutes, and he did an excellent job keeping our entire group’s attention throughout. At the end, he walked us directly to the skip-the-line entrance, which made an already exceptional experience even better. We highly recommend Li-Sheng to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, engaging, and memorable Notre-Dame tour!
