This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a guide. This was our third attempt at seeing the Aurora for a birthday trip, and it did not disappoint! Nico was friendly, professional, and an absolute vibe. You can tell he loves what he does; he went above and beyond to make sure we saw the lights. After driving for a couple of hours, our first stop landed us right on the border of Finland and Sweden. We were so lucky to see the Aurora, and it was absolutely incredible. It is definitely an experience where you want to stay present and just let the photographer do their thing. I honestly cried multiple times—it was an unforgettable night. I’ve already recommended Nico to all my colleagues, friends, and family, and I can’t wait to book my next tour with him!

Nicola's tour was recommended to me after extensive research using Gemini - he was listed as having the best photography-first tour in Tromso, and I whole heartedly agree! My friend and I had an absolute blast - despite the long travel time into/out of Finland, Nico did everything he could to position us someplace we could see the lights without disturbing others and having our own special experience. Although he did not have a group tour scheduled this day, he pulled together a small group on his day off at my request - truly went above and beyond to accommodate us before, during, and after the trip. I can't wait to go on another one of Nico's tours next year and learn more from him about photographing the northern lights. His photos were awesome, and he also helped with my camera settings. This is a must-do tour in Tromso (and with a tasty dinner treat also!)

We went out with Nico on the 27th of March and we had the best time! Nico is a really friendly guy he knows his stuff and you can see how passionate he is about his job and the northern lights! We was so lucky to have an amazing show that lasted hours he took some amazing photos of the lights and of me with the lights they are way better than any of the photos I took and will be great to look back on and show family and friends. I really enjoyed the tour and the fact that Nico was just as excited to see the lights as I was made it even better. I had the pleasure to join a tour to see the Northern Lights in Norway with Nicola, an Italian boy who has lived here for many years, and it was a very special experience. His tour stands out from many others because it doesn't just take you to any point to look at the sky. Nicola always looks for the best place possible and, when the conditions allow and the group agrees, also offers short walks in the mountains to reach more isolated viewpoints and away from the crowds. This makes the experience even more authentic and immersive. Groups are small, so everything is much more relaxed and personal. During the tour Nicola shares a wealth of information about the Northern Lights, Norway and the nature of the place. You can clearly perceive his experience and above all the great passion for what he does. Another thing I really appreciated is that he is not in a hurry to take you home: if there is a chance to see the aurora or wait for conditions to improve, Nicola really does everything possible to make the group live the experience to the full. It is not just a tour to “see the aurora”, but a complete Arctic nature experience, led by someone who really knows the territory and loves to share it with others. On Tuesday evening I was able to live the incredible experience of seeing the Northern Lights. It was a breathtaking sight, also thanks to the nice and prepared guide Nicola, who took us to the right place at the right time! Later, we moved to a cozy and charming place where we had dinner with tasty hot soups around a fire. The warmth of the fire and the taste of the soup made the moment even more special and relaxing. An experience not to be missed, recommended to all lovers of nature and adventure. Thanks again to the guide for making us live such a special moment!
