Beschrijving
Deze quadtour biedt een unieke kans om de IJslandse wildernis 's nachts te ervaren en biedt een ideale setting voor het observeren van het noorderlicht. Deze excursie omvat een schilderachtige rit op een ATV, met een panoramisch uitzicht op Reykjavík en Mosfellsbær. We zullen ook de tijd nemen om de sterren te waarderen en, als het weer het toelaat, op zoek te gaan naar vallende sterren terwijl we anticiperen op het verschijnen van het noorderlicht. Wij bieden handige ophaaldiensten van alle hotels in de omgeving van Reykjavík. Houd er rekening mee dat er speciale niet-ophaalzones bestaan voor toeristen in het centrum van Reykjavík; in dergelijke gevallen regelen we het ophalen van speciale toeristische bushaltes, die zich meestal in de buurt bevinden. Deze quad-fietstocht neemt je mee naar het noorderlicht bij het prachtige Hafravatn-meer en de berg Hafrafell. Als het mogelijk is om naar de berg te gaan, heb je ook een geweldig uitzicht over Reykjavik, Mosfellsbær en andere steden in de buurt. We gaan alleen als er kans is op heldere lucht. Doe mee aan deze tour voor een unieke ervaring van het 's nachts besturen van een ATV om op jacht te gaan naar het noorderlicht. Volg een gids langs ruige paden door het IJslandse platteland en ontdek de belangrijkste natuurlijke bezienswaardigheden, waaronder het meer van Hafravatn en de berg Hafrafell. Geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht over nabijgelegen steden zoals Mosfellsbær. Als we moeten wachten op de lichten doen we aan zetmeelvorming en zoeken we naar "vallende sterren" om de wens naar eindeloos gefluister te doen. In deze tour kun je Single Ride of Double Ride gaan. Double Ride is het standaardtarief en dat betekent dat er twee personen op elke quad zitten. U kunt "Enkele rit" selecteren in de voortgang van de boeking en een beetje extra betalen als u de quad niet wilt delen en een enkele rit naar de tour wilt gaan.

- Chauffeurs hebben een volledig rijbewijs nodig om met de ATV's te rijden. Passagier mag vanaf 6 jaar oud zijn.
- We raden aan om al je laagjes, warme schoenen en sokken te dragen, handwarmers en voetwarmers en sjaal of goede buff voor je nek te hebben. Het kan koud zijn op de Quads.

10/10 experience. our guide bjorken (apologies if spelled wrong) was very nice and friendly. I enjoy the private experience i had with my then bf now Fiancée he proposed right in the middle of seeing the lights. The lights were so beautiful and we were taken to a nice secluded area. the guide provided jump suit ,gloves, and a helmet for the ATV ride. Do not worry about the small amount of reviews, this guide is a hidden gem! I would definitely book again!

This was a really fun and unique experience. You could see the northern lights dancing in the sky without a camera. It never felt cold with the overalls on.

The experience was absolutely great. Björgvin was a great guide, he taught us how to use the ATVs and waited for the sky to clear to see the northern lights. He even took photos of us.
