Een unieke manier om de Normandische kust te zien en te voelen Gold Beach Company biedt een unieke jeeptour aan in een authentieke Willy's Jeep uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog! De tour stopt bij de Arromanches Mullberry Harbour, waar Britse ingenieurs een diepzeehaven bouwden om de logistiek te lossen die Victory naar Normandië bracht. De Duitse batterij Longues sur Mer is de best bewaarde site van de Atlantikwall. Ontdek hoe Britse en Franse marineschepen de kanonnen het zwijgen oplegden op D-Day. Kom ten slotte naar een aangrijpende begraafplaats in Ryes Bazenville die helpt om het enorme offer weer te geven. Een ervaring die u niet mag missen!

Our guides were terrific! Igor told many poignantly stories relating to Gold Beach and the Rhys cemetery. Almandine did a fantastic job explaining the German defenses. Both guides were knowledgeable, personable and patiently answered questions. Riding in the jeeps - and the terrific pictures of the day - will be family memories for years to come.
