De Southern Everglades liggen op slechts een steenworp afstand van het hart van Noosa en worden uitgevoerd op glad ondiep water, waardoor ze gemakkelijk toegankelijk zijn voor gezinnen en alle niveaus. De Southern Everglades bieden een sereen toevluchtsoord voor pijlstaartroggen, houd een oogje in het zeil en je zou talloze jonge roggen moeten zien die door het water schieten. Vaar in de rust van verborgen waterwegen en de prachtige vergezichten van het Weybameer terwijl je de ongeëvenaarde schoonheid van Noosa's betoverende, door UNESCO beschermde zuidelijke Everglades verkent. Zwemmen in de kalme en ongerepte Everglades (de enige Everglades ter wereld waar je in kunt zwemmen!) Ontspan op afgelegen kusten. Dit is een gezinsvriendelijke tour (we zijn geschikt voor een baby, peuter of zelfs een kleine goed opgevoede bont baby - voorwaarden van toepassing) en we hebben een gratis bus beschikbaar (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid).

A most beautiful day kayaking Lake Weyba! Magical scenery and loads of sting rays - with great guides - knowledgeable of the area. Highly recommend.
We had the most brilliant time in this incredible tour and our guide was the best. Its a magical experience and we were fortunate enough to spot many sting rays and many beautiful birds including several ospreys which was an absolute highlight. Would definitely recommend!!
I had an amazing morning exploring Lake Weyba and the surrounding mangrove creeks with Matt as my guide. We saw lots of banana leaf stingray and some amazing whip tail stingray thanks to Matt and Khan’s expertise. I learnt so much about the Everglades, aboriginal culture and wildlife in the area!! Highly recommend!
We had an incredible time kayaking with Jan - we managed to see lots of stingrays, birds of prey, and learnt a lot about the Kabi Kabi people and their traditions. We were originally booked self-guided, but we were offered the guided tour and couldn’t recommend it more! A must-do activity in Noosa :)
Great experience…a beautiful morning of kayaking whilst learning about the Everglades system and the stingrays. We saw loads of stingrays - different varieties as well - and felt really lucky. Great tour guide, lots of laughs and some magical memories made.

We booked this tour as beginner kayakers because nowhere in the booking information did it state that the tour was only suitable for experienced kayakers. At the start of the tour, we told the guide that we were beginners. Despite this, he paddled off and left us behind. He didn’t even seem to realise we had been left behind. We eventually managed to catch up on our own, but it was obvious we were struggling. It was also a very windy day, and the guide knew the conditions would make it even more difficult for inexperienced kayakers. After about 15 minutes, we decided we couldn’t continue because it was simply too difficult. The guide just told us it is going to be hard for us but offered no assistance, encouragement, or support. We had to stop and go back. There was no effort to ensure we got back safely or to make the experience enjoyable. The lack of care and hospitality was extremely disappointing. We didn’t get to enjoy the tour at all, and it ended up being a complete waste of money. If this tour is intended only for experienced kayakers, that should be made very clear in the description before people book. If beginners are welcome, then they should be given the guidance and support they need throughout the tour.
Thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. We pride ourselves on providing high quality experiences and it is never good to hear a guest has not enjoyed a tour. I have debriefed with the guide and need to highlight a few points. We never depart on a tour without providing a full safety brief and instructions on the use of equipment. This is a kayaking tour where all of our marketing and information very clearly states you will be required to paddle yourselves. It is a beginner friendly experience but that in no way provides a guarantee that you can kayak. We do not state anywhere that we will be able to tow you or paddle for you in the case the basic level of athletic ability to paddle is not present. This is only something we do in absolute emergency situations as we have a duty of care to all participants as it is a group tour setting. We have very large numbers of first time paddlers enjoy our tour. Your feedback does not fall in line with the vast majority of our guests experiences and understanding the guide on duty is one of our longest standing and most experienced, it seems very odd that you believe you were forgotten or left behind as you have stated. It may have felt that way if you were unable to apply the kayaking brief given prior to departure, however the guide has an absolute duty of care to all guests. Other guests from the exact same tour you are complaining about, have given very positive feedback in stark contrast to your claims. We are sorry your experience was not a positive one and we are happy to offer you credit to come and join the tour under better weather conditions, although the weather on the day was well within our safety parameters to operate. We hope to see you again in the future and provide you with a more enjoyable experience.

This was a great Kajaking Tour Jan was an extremly knowledgeable guide and made everyone feel very comfortable. When we couldn't find stingrays he guided us to a different spot where they might hide and we were lucky enough to see lots of them. The tour was paced well with nice breaks in between and well manageable. Would recommend to anyone who wants an immerse experience in the everglades!! The views are stunning!
