Ontmoet je gids bij het Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari House in Santa Claus Village (Joulumaantie 5) of het Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 8). Het kantoor in Santa Claus Village bevindt zich links van Santa’s Rendier. Het stadskantoor in het centrum van Rovaniemi bevindt zich op de kruising van Valtakatu en Koskikatu. Meld u bij de receptie in het kantoor met een medewerker. Gelieve ons minstens 48 uur voor aanvang van de activiteit te informeren op welk kantoor u aankomt, tenzij u de vergaderlocatie hebt opgegeven bij de boeking. Gemiste ontmoetingstijd en -punt zal resulteren in gemiste activiteit die niet kan worden terugbetaald.

- Let op: voor het besturen van een sneeuwscooter is een geldig rijbewijs vereist. Een foto van het rijbewijs of voorlopig rijbewijs kunnen wij niet accepteren.
- 2 volwassenen delen 1 sneeuwscooter, alleen rijden is ter plaatse mogelijk voor € 50 (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid)
- Kinderen en volwassenen zonder rijbewijs kunnen mee op de safari terwijl ze op de slee zitten. Voor de veiligheid van het kind raden wij aan dat één van de ouders met een klein kind in de slee zit.
- Als een kind groter dan 140 cm als passagier in een sneeuwscooter wil zitten, wordt het volledige tarief voor volwassenen in rekening gebracht (volgens beschikbaarheid).
- Het noorderlicht is afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en kan dus niet worden gegarandeerd.
- De sneeuwscooterbestuurder is verantwoordelijk voor eventuele schade aan het voertuig, met een persoonlijke zelfaansprakelijkheid van 950€ per persoon per sneeuwscooter in geval van een ongeval. Aanvullende verzekeringen kunnen ter plaatse worden afgesloten voor 15€, waardoor de zelfaansprakelijkheid afneemt tot 150€. Deze verzekering moet voor aanvang van de tour worden afgesloten.
- Touroperator annuleert de activiteit niet afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Controleer de weersvoorspelling een paar dagen voor aanvang van de activiteit.

Was an awful experience I would definitely not recommend. Way too cold and the half way stop doesn’t help at all . Was literally a tiny fire for about 20 people and a cup of juice . Staff were okay but very unorganised at the end leaving us waiting for transport as somehow was lack of vans for everyone. If wanting to book a snowmobile tour I would do a short tour of an hour maximum. Overall hated the experience.
When the energy of the Aurora Borealis aligns with the professionalism and warmth of the team at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park, the result is nothing short of a "once in a lifetime" experience. We were incredibly lucky to witness the Northern Lights under a perfectly clear sky in Rovaniemi, but what made the night truly special was the atmosphere created by the staff. From start to finish, the energy was high, and the organization was seamless. I want to give a special shout-out to Annabel. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire tour. She made sure everyone was comfortable and well-informed, adding a personal touch that you don't always find on these types of excursions. If you are looking for a professional crew to take you out into the Arctic night, I cannot recommend them enough. Seeing the green lights dancing above us while feeling so well taken care of is a memory I will cherish forever.
Having never driven snowmobiles before, we expected a little more...patience. from the start, it seemed the goal was to go as fast as possible over the washboard trail. My butt left the seat more than once because of the bumps. The only guide was in the lead and--as fast as he was moving--if we, or the riders in front of us has been thrown, the guide wouldn't have known until they were two miles away.
This was an experience of a lifetime. Was well worth the time and money. Our tour guides Lamjed (Dane) and Jack (Scouser) were amazing, they made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, they explained different ways they track the northen lights, they brought us to many different spots but the view on the frozen lake was breathtaking. Both of us had our drivers license with us so once we both filled in the paperwork we were allowed swap/take turns driving throughout the excursion. During our pit stop we stopped in a little hut where they made a fire, had a warm drink, cookies and marshmallows we could roast over the fire while waiting for a glimpse of the northen lights. Both the lads were full of chat and were very happy to share their experiences of being in Finland as neither are from there. They were happy to take photos of you and to even show you the best way to get the perfect photo on your phone. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who is thinking of doing it, it’s a memory you will never forget.
Our tour guide Alex from Spain was an excellent guide. He was very helpful and ensured that our family experience was memorable and was only too happy to help make it an enjoyable night chasing the Northern Lights. His patience and outdoor knowledge was a bonus. Alex is a must for your next tour guide!
We got REALLY lucky and were able to see the Northern Lights from the time we arrived at base location until we got back to base location. The guys are super nice! They picked us up from our hotel which was about 20 minutes away. They confirmed with us the night before too! The snow mobile ride is just long enough with a stop at the cabin for sausages and hot berry juice. Super cool experience and I would recommend this to anyone.
Fantastic evening from start to finish we were very lucky and got to see the northern lights, the snowmobiles were great fun and our guide Alex was brilliant full of information and we never felt rushed would definitely recommend
I found this trip a very bumpy ride!… really hard to hold on. I did 4 years ago but it was across lakes & much better. Guides were lovely & forests & barbecue lovely!… just uncomfortable ride for us & kids got cold in sleigh too…
Dear Beverley T, Thank you for your review! We are glad to have you back with us after so many years, and we are sorry that the experience did not match the last time. Many of the tracks are shared by locals and other businesses, so with use the tracks can get bumpy between grooming. A very cool tour, if everything is ideal, you can even see aurora borealis! Unfortunately, we weren't lucky, but the snowmobile was a lot of fun to ride and barbecue and is worth its money!
It was my daughter's 16th birthday and they made it extra special for her. I also lost confidence driving the snowmobile half way through the experience and the staff were fantastic, they allowed me and my daughter to ride with them instead and found someone else to ride our snowmobile. Thank you so much to the staff!! Absolutely brilliant experience, nothing was too much!
