Tasty Global Bites is een wandeltocht door Nolita (ten noorden van Little Italy). Deze tour wordt aangeboden voor foodies (bezoekers en lokale bevolking) die de wereldwijde keuken willen proberen. Tijdens deze 3 uur durende tour geniet u van 6 geweldige proeverijen, 3 zittende en 3 on-the-go terwijl uw deskundige Gids u vermaakt met spannende verhalen en geheimen uit het verleden van het gebied en de steeds veranderende voedselscene. De zes proeverijen bestaan uit een Spaanse churro sandwich, NYC pizza met een twist, falafel, overheerlijke verse Siciliaanse pasta, Onigiri (Japanse rijstbal) en een heerlijk dessert, gelato. Sommige proeverijen zijn on-the-go omdat we ernaar streven om in 3 uur tijd zoveel mogelijk van de wijken te zien.

Ontdek een heerlijke wijk in New York, Nolita (ten noorden van Little Italy) tijdens deze drie uur durende eet- en wandeltocht. Je begint je tour bij een populaire churrerira. Je vriendelijke gids geeft je een uitgebreide kennismaking met de buurt en een overzicht van de tour terwijl je geniet van een vers, warm churro-ontbijtbroodje. Van daaruit verken je Nolita, bezoek je historische bezienswaardigheden en vervolg je je culinaire reis. Je proeft Israëlische falafel, een klassieke variant op NYC-pizza, verse zelfgemaakte Siciliaanse pasta (met de optie om te genieten van een glas wijn), authentieke gelato en Japanse rijstballetjes (onigiri). Deze tour is ideaal voor diegenen die binnen drie uur een verscheidenheid aan gerechten willen proeven. Our “Nolita Tasty Global Bites” tour with Patrick was amazing!! We were delighted to see Patrick again as our guide! Patrick was able to weave stories & information about the area along with the incredible food stops! So much yummy food too! Liz was an amazing guide that kept us on our toes as we moved and ate our way through Nolita. She shared the cultural history of the area and how that history related to all the past and present spots we visited. It was a rainy day which caused no issue. Liz had a couple cancellations but she didn’t cancel the tour, instead we had a private tour. It was wonderful.

Patrick was our guide and he was incredible! Very knowledgeable and every bite was delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try a bunch of different food and learn the history or Chinatown and little Italy!

Ahoy has the best food tours- we’ve done all 3 and they are so fun. The guides are very knowledgeable & fun. The food is great - highly recommend- a must in NYC.

Loved our tour of Nolita! Our leader, Liz, was able to reroute our itinerary for the day, because of the San Gennaro festival and parade. She did a great job - lots of interesting stories about the neighborhood as well as the owners of the different restaurants we visited. She was very charismatic and seemed to genuinely enjoy leading the tour! Plus - the food selection was so delicious!! I would definitely recommend!
