We're a family of 5, and even though we were born in Saigon and can speak Vietnamese, we didn't want to deal with the logistics of visiting Ninh Binh from Hanoi. Lily's Travel took care of all the details, so we could just focus on the fun. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We learned a great deal. In general, it was an awesome experience.

The itinerary was well planned and perfectly balanced with sightseeing, activities, and free time to relax. The airport transfers were punctual, the 4 Islands tour was one of the highlights of our trip, and all the arrangements for Sunset Town and VinWonders were seamless. A very special thanks to *Hany* for the outstanding support throughout our trip. Since we didn't speak Vietnamese, we occasionally faced communication challenges with local service providers. Whenever we had any concerns or needed help explaining something, Hany was just a WhatsApp message away. She would promptly call the local staff on our behalf, help translate, and ensure everything was resolved quickly. Having someone we could rely on like that gave us great peace of mind and made our trip much more comfortable. Overall, Lily's Travel made our family vacation stress-free and memorable. Their professionalism, honest advice, quick responses, and excellent customer support truly stood out. We highly recommend Lily's Travel to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam and would happily travel with them again in the future.

Weather was very hot still We enjoyed our trip with Lily's.We had good experience with the advisor in planning the whole trip. Providing the customer room was very helpful as checkin time in hotel was in the afternoon. The staff is very helpful. Mr Po & Ms hany. Guides were very good n helpful.
