Proef Ontario's (VQA) wijnen in vatenkelders en privé proeflokalen, terwijl u bekroonde witte, rode, rosé, mousserende en ijswijnen proeft. Geniet van een schaal met verse kaas op de markt, gecombineerd met begeleide wijnproeverijen terwijl je meer leert over combinaties van eten en wijn. Proef 9-12 wijnen, leer meer over het wijnbereidingsproces van Niagara, ontmoet gepassioneerde wijnliefhebbers en leg gedenkwaardige momenten vast in wijnmakerijen en wijngaarden. Gasten zullen genieten van een bezoek aan 3 cottage & boutique landgoed-wijnhuizen om een verscheidenheid aan Ontario VQA-wijnen te proeven bij elke wijnmakerij. Gasten worden opgehaald bij ons tourcentrum of geven een adres op van lokale herbergen of B&B's, veilig bestuurd door onze lokale, deskundige gids-hosts voor de duur van de tour. Na het proeven van een verscheidenheid aan witte, rode, rose, late oogst, mousserende en ijswijn tijdens elke tour; gasten kunnen wijnen, culinaire en wijngerelateerde geschenken kopen bij elke bezochte wijnmakerij en proeflokaal. Bij één wijnmakerij wordt genoten van een combinatie van verse kaas op de markt; leer meer over de connectie tussen eten en wijn door lokale en ambachtelijke kazen, crackers en jam te proeven in combinatie met 3 wijnen. Glutenvrije opties beschikbaar.

The company never showed to pick us up from the pickup location. I had called earlier to confirm and it went to voicemail. I never got a call back. We drove to the other meeting place and there was no evidence of this your company at that address. Were we just scammed?
We paid in full, received our confirmation and they didn't show up, no call, we couldn't get a hold of them neither could Viator who we book through. After 3 calls, 3 emails and waited an hour and a half viator said they would try to get us a refund. Will see how that turns out. We drove 4 hrs to go on this wine tour for them not to show up and not be able to get a hold of them and mabey get a refund for 5 people. Never will I book with them again.
Tony was an excellent guide and was quite knowledgeable of the area. The drive between wineries was nice with great views and the servers at each establishment were friendly and knowledgeable. My friends and I had a great time. First time tasting ice wine Would definitely recommend this tour with Tony as guide

BEWARE …do not buy a gift card from this company or even support them. We have tried to use a gift card to book 2 tours now … in 2023 and 2024 to no avail. Our gift card does not work for online bookings. I have to book with Karen by phone. I have sent dozens of emails and phoned Karen many times. She finally reached out in February and indicated I should call back end March. I have received the silent treatment ever since. I have notified Niagara tourism and they are trying to help.

If you purchased a GC from our online booking platform, you will not have any issues entering the GC number and process your booking. If you are running into further issues, please reach out and we will do our best to assist. The only other reason we can surmise is that your GC was purchased prior to our online booking system. We apologize for the frustration you have encountered, and will do our best to rectify this situation for you. Again, our new booking system can process a gift certificate that has been purchased from it and this takes place regularilly for many guests. however our new system cannot process a manual GC provided/processed prior to our online booking platform, you simply cannot merge and manual system and an automated booking system. Please reach out and provide us with your full details of your GC purchase and full contact info and we will do our best to resolve this situation and frustration. Without all of this information, we cannot begin to process your booking request. We look forward to your reaching out. Again our apologies.

This was a long overdue girls weekend. When we got on the van there were 3 other ladies from Toronto. We ended up having a great time with them. Lots of laughs. We had a fabulous time on the tour. Our tour guide, Tracey was, what can I say, FABULOUS! She was very knowledgeable super friendly and went above and beyond her duties of the day. We would highly rank this tour and ask for Tracey to be your guide.

Terrible customer service and we ended up paying for a tour that didn’t happen, so I advise others to look else where, another company where they will treat you like actual customers. The full story as below: We called the number on the website and left multiple messages for a week or 2 before we got a reply to ask us to email them instead and refuse to provide us with more info on the call, and was told that the info on the website is outdated. We emailed them and waited for another week before we got the info we were looking for, we wanted to stay with this one because the “good” reviews they received. After confirming to book via email we got no confirmation back where we had to call and follow up to realize that they will send confirmation and instructions the night before the wine tour. A month later, the weekend we were suppose to head down to Niagara, we received the email on Friday night that our tour is ready for Saturday. The problem was we booked it for Sunday! We tried to reach the rep from Friday night and scrambling to figure out what to do as this will completely ruin our weekend plans. We reply explaining that that’s not the right date but come Saturday afternoon still no reply or return call even though we left multiple messages. I quickly found another wine tour that actually has customer service and booked a tour on the spot for Sunday because we were not getting any replies and we’re not sure what’s happening. Late Saturday night we finally got a reply saying that there’s no refunds or rescheduling allowed, but they will give us one time exception to rebook it for Sunday for $25/person. As mentioned, we already made other plans since we didn’t get a reply so we asked to change it to later dates (at this time I just didn’t want to waste the booking) so we suggest that they give us a date in the future and we will make it. Because we can always have more wine, however, to this day a month or 2 later we have not heard back or had a call returned. Very unhappy, but it’s a lesson learned that when customer service started off bad we should have known from the start.
