Eenmaal binnen in de Skylon Tower klim je met een glazen lift naar het observatiedek waar je getrakteerd wordt op een ongelooflijk uitzicht vanuit vogelperspectief op alle drie de Niagara Falls (Bridal Veil Falls, Horseshoe Falls en de American Falls), evenals de Niagara River en omgeving. Je moet ongeveer 40 meter afdalen om grotachtige tunnels achter de watervallen te verkennen bij Journey Behind the Falls. Deze ervaring is een traktatie voor de zintuigen, omdat je de watervallen niet alleen kunt horen, maar ze ook kunt voelen. Neem dan de Niagara City Cruises bootcruise voor een close-up van de watervallen (seizoensgebonden : mei tot december), op welk punt uw tour tot een einde komt en u en uw Gids uit elkaar gaan. Uw ervaring begint bij de iconische Skylon Tower. Nadat je je Gids hebt ontmoet, ga je met een glazen lift naar het observatiedek waar je kunt genieten van een adembenemend panoramisch uitzicht op de Niagarawatervallen, de Niagararivier en de omliggende regio. Uw Gids zal Horseshoe Falls, American Falls en Bridal Veil Falls aanwijzen terwijl hij fascinerende verhalen vertelt over de vorming van de watervallen en de geschiedenis van het toerisme in Niagara.
Terwijl u door de wijk Fallsview rijdt, komt u langs Fallsview Casino Resort, een van de grootste entertainmentcomplexen in Canada. Het resort kijkt uit op de skyline van Niagara Falls en beschikt over luxe hotels, restaurants, theaters en speelvloeren. Uw Gids zal vertellen hoe dit gebied zich ontwikkelde tot de belangrijkste toeristische en entertainmenthub van Niagara Falls.
Rijd met de Falls Incline Railway over de Niagara-helling richting Table Rock en de rand van Horseshoe Falls. Deze schilderachtige kabelbaanrit biedt een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de Niagara-rivier en de omliggende parken terwijl bezoekers rechtstreeks naar het watervalgebied worden vervoerd.
Vanaf Table Rock leidt uw Gids de groep over de Niagara Parkway naar de aanlegsteiger van Niagara City Cruises. De Niagara Parkway volgt de Niagara River en werd ooit omschreven als “de mooiste zondagsrit ter wereld”.
Table Rock ligt direct aan de rand van de Horseshoe Falls en is een van de dichtstbijzijnde uitzichtpunten van de waterval en een historische verzamelplaats voor bezoekers van Niagara Falls.
Uw ervaring wordt afgesloten met de beroemdste attractie van Niagara, de Niagara City Cruises boottocht. Vaar door de Niagara Gorge en kom zo dicht mogelijk bij de American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls en de krachtige Horseshoe Falls. Poncho’s zijn aanwezig terwijl je de ongelooflijke mist en donder van de watervallen van dichtbij ervaart.
Als u verder gaat over de Niagara Parkway richting de aanlegsteiger, komt u langs de historische Niagara Parks Power Station. Ooit was dit de grootste waterkrachtcentrale aan de Niagararivier, maar dit enorme industriële oriëntatiepunt hielp steden in Ontario meer dan een eeuw van stroom te voorzien.
Daal 125 voet af door tunnels uitgehouwen in de bodemsteen om de ongelooflijke kracht van de Horseshoe Falls te ervaren van achter de waterval zelf. Stap op het openluchtobservatiedek waar je de donderende trilling van het water in de Niagarakloof beneden voelt storten.
Geniet van een wandeling door het prachtig aangelegde Queen Victoria Park, bekend om zijn tuinen, wandelpaden en vrij uitzicht op de watervallen.
Onderweg stop je voor prachtige uitzichtpunten met uitzicht op Horseshoe Falls, de grootste en krachtigste van de drie watervallen waaruit Niagara Falls bestaat.
Terwijl u over de Niagara Parkway loopt, geniet u van een prachtig uitzicht op de Amerikaanse watervallen. Gelegen tussen Goat Island en Luna Island, valt deze krachtige waterval meer dan 30 meter in de Niagara Gorge. The tour guide Parminder was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us get a wheelchair for my mother who could not walk long distances. This tour does require quite a bit of walking, so would encourage tourists to plan this ahead of time. Parminder texted me the evening before with the plan for the next day and kept us prepared. No surprises thankfully . The Skylon tower photography was the best ! Boat ride to the falls was fantastic . Overall great experience.
We had an excellent experience. I certainly would recommend the tour. The day goes so much smoother with the guide.
That Viators is very disorganized. We could not find our meeting place-poorly described by viator. Suggest you book with someone else.
We had a great time and our tour guide was knowledgeable and lots of fun! I booked this tour for my mother and I and unfortunately, I did not realize this was a walking tour. My mother has been having knee issues, so all of the walking was too much for her, so opted out of the boat cruise. The only suggestion I have would be better directions for meeting the guide - he was not in a black polo, none of them were, he was in white - we located him inside the Skylon Tower.

Our tour guide was awesome, he told us to call him Buns. He made sure to include everyone in the information he was giving us and all 10 of us made it to where we needed to be lol. They give you ponchos for behind the waterfall tour and the cruise but you will still get soaked so I would suggest to bring your own rain jacket or whole suit for the cruise.
This tour was a good time. Be advised lots of walking so wear your best walking shoes and be prepared to get your steps in!!! Getting to skip the ticket line was nice. Our tour guide Kevin was very kind and enthusiastic about his job! He knew a lot of Niagara Falls history facts and was eager to share them with us. He encouraged the group to ask questions and was excited to answer them. Thank you Kevin and great job!!! The only suggestions I have is for the company. When we were waiting for our guide one of the other guides asked us what our guides name was and I never received any correspondence from See Sights about our tour guides name. Indicating the name of the individual tour guide in the confirmation page would be helpful information to include if possible. 🙂
this covers all angles of Niagara falls, it includes de skylon tower, journey behind the falls, AND the niagara falls boat ride, its amazing, but you will walk… a lot!! be prepared to go over your daily steps!
I have been on quire a few tours and learned that the most important part of the experience is the quality of the guide. Alisha was phenomenal. She (it was her birthday)was passionate, energetic, knowledgeable, personable, and cognizant of her groups needs. She gave insightful tips and suggestions on how to maximize the experience. It was fairly crowded and we were able to bypass some of the lines which gave us more time to enjoy the beauly and magnificence of one of the wonders of North America. Alisha's charisma was obvious as numerous people, store owners, and other guide wished her happy birthday and said hello. Even the local wildlife were her friends. At the end of the tour, she made sure we knew how to get to our next destination safely. Well done!!
Alisha guiding on her birthday with that level of passion, energy and genuine care for her group is something else entirely, and the fact that store owners, other guides and apparently the local wildlife all wanted to wish her well says everything about the kind of presence she brings. 🎂 Those practical tips, the line bypasses, and making sure everyone knew where to head next safely are exactly the details that separate a memorable guide from an exceptional one. I’ve taken numerous Viator tours and have enjoyed all of them until this one. More walking than a tour. It’s almost all self guided. The tour at the top of the tower was totally self guided and we spent 30 minutes waiting for elevators only to have 5 minutes at the top. Behind the falls portion was again totally self guided, again spending 20-30 minutes in line only to have about 10 minutes behind the falls. Then we walked to the boat excursion and the guide left us…did not get on the boat. So total of about 4 hours…45 min of actual touring (including a 30 mjnute boat ride) and 3.75 hours of walking and waiting in line. This was basically totally self guided and not much history shared. Some but not much. Tour guide was ok but the tour itself didn’t give him much to work with. I should have done these three things on my own and saved some money. Would not recommend for the price.
