Je gids brengt je naar je eerste attractie, een boottocht op de beroemde Maid of the Mist. Voordat je aan boord gaat, heb je de kans om het uitzicht vanaf de Prospect Point Observation Tower (ook bekend als de Niagara Falls Observation Tower) te bekijken, direct boven de opstapplaats voor de Maid of the Mist-boottocht.
Terwijl je op de boottocht bent, geniet je van ongelooflijke uitzichten, hoor je het donderende gebrul van de ruisende watervallen en kun je een beetje nat worden, afhankelijk van waar je staat - maar maak je geen zorgen, je krijgt een regenponcho voor deze boottocht. Opmerking : De boot is seizoensgebonden en vaart van half mei tot oktober.
De volgende stop tijdens je tour is een bezoek aan Goat Island, dat ook aansluit op Terrapin Point en Luna Island. Hier leer je over de geschiedenis van de watervallen, zie je het Nikola Tesla-monument met uitzicht op de watervallen en kom je heel dicht bij de Bridal Veil Falls, die tussen Goat Island en Luna Island liggen.
Na je bezoek aan Goat Island neemt je gids je mee naar Cave of the Winds, waar je 175 ft afdaalt in de Niagara-kloof voordat je een reeks looppaden opgaat die leiden naar het "orkaandek" - slechts een paar meter verwijderd van de Bridal Veil Falls. Je bent zo dichtbij dat het voelt alsof je omringd bent door tropische stormachtige omstandigheden, zelfs als het rustig is.
Na je bezoek aan Cave of the Winds, is het moment waar je de hele dag op hebt gewacht. Je gids neemt je mee aan boord van een Rainbow Air-helikopter voor een onvergetelijke rit rond de Niagara-watervallen, de kloof en het omliggende gebied. Ask for Saied he was the best tour guide. He told amazing stories, very friendly and very knowledgeable about Niagara Falls.
"Jimmy coyote" and Gary are the best tour guides. Jimmy so knowledgeable about the history. They understood are needs at times to slow down. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure we got the helicopter ride. I could go on they were A++++
We had a great experience at Niagara Falls although we didn’t get a helicopter ride due to bad weather. However, I was wondering the price is too expensive. The reason why I think so is I got a refund for cancelling the helicopter ride but the refund was less than I expected. The tour agency claimed they got the helicopter in discounted price, but after I tried to calculate the cost, if my calculation is correct, less than 50% of the tour price accounts for the total of fees of the 3 venues. Of course they gave us hotel transfer and told us some knowledge about falls, but I doubt their service values over 50% of the tour price.
Our tour guide was awesome, he explained everything to us even helped us not getting a ticket we almost flew our drone lol
What an incredible experience! Our guide was so patient and kind. The boys were blown away by the helicopter ride, but then getting to experience the falls on the maid of the mist, and then cave of the winds was icing on the cake. They managed all of the tickets and driving and parking and ushering us to the right place at the right time and made it so easy and effortless. It was the highlight of our 2 1/2 week, 14-state roadtrip for sure..
Dana, our tour guide, was fantastic. She ensure we knew what was going on from start to finish. High recommend the tour as a whole. The only disappointment was not being able to take the helicopter ride that was part of the package.
I loved experiencing the falls with my grandson. He was amazed at the amount of water coming down the falls and had never rode in a helicopter. A memory to remember!
The whole tour was amazing! Our tour guide, Erick, was knowledgeable and such a great guy. The small group was appreciated and skipping lines and avoiding lines and fees for parking were great!
The tour was amazing. From the helicopter ride to the Maid of the Mists to the walk up to the Cave of the Winds, and so much more. Our tour guide Dana was excellent, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable on the area.
Overall our trip was wonderful. "Jimmy was Great!!" Excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. " Toseph" was also very professional and pleasant assisting with our tour. Our first stop was a view of the whirlpool very memorable and beautiful. Loved the Maid of the Mist Boat Tour it was everything. Cave of The Wind's Hurricane Deck was overwhelmingly exciting. Lunch at The Anchor Bar was awful. Bathrooms were a disgrace for both Women's and Men's. Meal option was nearly none existent so we decided to order off the regular menu which was not much better. Last stop was the Helicopter ride through Rainbow Inc. advertised as 45 minutes was supposed to be 12 minutes. was literally a take up to the falls and right back with no information of what you are seeing. also booked other groups to ride along so back seat riders are very limited to view.
