Startpunt : Alle gasten moeten de Gids ontmoeten BUITEN het Casino Niagara op 5705 Falls Ave, Niagara Falls, ON (direct naast het Hard Rock Café door Casino Niagara Falls Ave. ingang alleen) Ga NIET naar de boot zonder uw Gids. Deze tour begint NIET bij de boot. Gelieve 10 - 15 minuten voor aanvang van de tour aanwezig te zijn - de tour vertrekt direct bij vertrektijd.
Wandel in een ontspannen tempo over de schilderachtige Niagara Parkway met een adembenemend uitzicht op American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls en Horseshoe Falls. - Poncho's zijn beschikbaar op City Cruises Boat. Je komt dicht bij de waterval. Wees voorbereid om nat te worden
- Parkeren is beperkt in Niagara Falls en veel plekken lopen vaak vol tegen de middag. We raden aan om een Uber of Taxi naar het verzamelpunt te nemen. Er zijn echter een aantal betaalde parkeerplaatsen in de omgeving, de dichtstbijzijnde is op Hiram Street

We had a 40 minute wait time at our pickup location, all due to poor communication from the management team. They did not first contact the missing tour guide who never showed up, until after we called them directly. We don’t blame the guide, but the management for not being proactive in ensuring their guides arrive on time. As a result we were rushed through our walking tour and hurried to the boat tour (the highlight of the tour). It might be worth your time to research individual boat ticket expense as the “walking tour” was all public streets and otherwise free. The boat excursion was well worth it!
The tour was mainly giving us a little background, showing us the grounds, and getting us through the line quickly to get onto the boat. Our tour guide ASIC was fantastic! He was a lot of fun and took pictures of us as well as showing us the best spots to go.
Asif was great tour host. Funny and informative. Knew where to take perfect shots. He was on tome and sent text message to remind us of upcoming tour. If I have to nitpick anything it was that I was surprised he did not come on board with us, maybe if it was mentioned at the beginning of the tour it would've been great. Then again he couldn't have done much with all the mist and noise. It was memorable tour nonetheless. You will get drenched, at least below your knees. Best to take phone in water proof cover with lanyard so you can keep recording when you're close to the falls.
The Secret Garden tour across from the casinos was lame, especially the notebook, water spilled pictures. Guide tried his best to engage our group. Boat ride was incredible!
Guide showed up more than 30 minutes late only to spend most of the time on the phone - not much guiding at all. The walk to the boat ride was shorter than the waiting time. So this tour was definitely not worth the steep price per person, we might as well just have bought a ticket to the boat ride. The entire group / party attending this tour should at least be partially refunded..
Harman was a great tour guide! We learned a lot, and he was very kind and patient with our large group of adults and children.
Alora was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the area and its story. She took her time showing us around and gave good tips on where to go and when!
It was a good length tour with kids. It included a walking tour with some history of the falls and a boat tour.
The walking tour was very informative, after all of our countless visits over the years we never knew the whole story.
An overall great experience! Enjoyed the walking tour! Our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant- he made the tour fun and interesting.
