Voor een echt onvergetelijk bezoek aan Niagara, maak een spannende reis over de Niagara rivier op een openlucht jetboot. Er is geen betere - of nattere - manier om te genieten van het prachtige landschap en het geweldige witte water van de Niagara River. U zult ervaren wat we graag onze wildwaterspeeltuin noemen, waar de Class V Devil's Hole Rapids u helemaal doorweekt zullen maken. Na die spannende ervaring reis je de rivier op naar het verste punt in de reis waar je de beroemde Niagara Whirlpool zult zien. De Whirlpool en Niagara Falls worden gescheiden door een stuk stroomversnellingen van klasse VI die onbevaarbaar (en illegaal) zijn om door te varen. Deze tour vertrekt vanaf de Canadese kant, en je keert terug naar dezelfde locatie.

- Kom stipt 45 minuten voor de vertrektijd aan om u te registreren, de deelnameovereenkomst te ondertekenen en de veiligheidsoriëntatie voorafgaand aan de reis te horen. Als u de veiligheidsoriëntatie mist, zullen we u zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving verplaatsen naar de volgende beschikbare reistijd (dit kan de volgende dag zijn), dus het is belangrijk om op tijd aan te komen.
- De participatieovereenkomst legt iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in de reis grondig uit, alle relevante aspecten van jet-varen inclusief persoonlijke gezondheidsvereisten. Weigering om de overeenkomst te ondertekenen zal geen krediet of terugbetaling verdienen.
- Rolstoeltoegankelijkheid - als hulp nodig is, moet de passagier voor zijn eigen verzorger zorgen. Gasten moeten op een bank kunnen zitten en zichzelf kunnen ondersteunen door zich zonder hulp vast te houden aan een stang voor elke stoel.
- Laattijdige of no-show deelnemers ontvangen geen restitutie. U heeft 24 uur voor uw reis om te annuleren voor een volledige terugbetaling. Reizen kunnen tot 24 uur voor vertrek kosteloos worden verzet (afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid).
- Reizen die binnen 24 uur voor de reistijd worden verplaatst, worden onderworpen aan een extra 10% omboekingskosten.
- Gasten dienen op het terrein aan te komen via hun eigen vervoer - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is niet verantwoordelijk voor het bereiken van de aanlegsteiger.

- Voor de WET Jet stoelen geldt een minimale hoogte van 44′′ hoog. Kinderen worden ter plaatse gemeten en degenen die niet aan de eisen voldoen, mogen niet meerijden.
- Gasten jonger dan 13 jaar en/of minder dan 100 pond mogen niet op de eerste 3-4 rijen van een schip zitten. (Alle laden en gastenplaatsen zijn ter beoordeling van de kapitein en bemanning van het schip).
- Gasten van 13 - 15 jaar oud moeten worden gezeten met een gast die 16 jaar of ouder is om de eerste 3 - 4 rijen van de boot te rijden, met een volwassen begeleider (18 +) aan boord. Gasten van 16 - 17 jaar oud kunnen de eerste 3 - 4 rijen van de boot bevaren met een volwassen begeleider (18+) aan boord. Gasten jonger dan 18 jaar mogen niet rijden zonder volwassen begeleider (leeftijd 18 +).

A lot of fun. The guide was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Grace. You truly get drenched. Bring a change of clothes. And wear water shoes. if the sun wasn’t out, we would’ve been very cold dress appropriately for cloudy weather.
Our tour guide and captain did an amazing job. My family was laughing and shocked of how soaked we were. We were not prepared! Haha. Come in swim suits you will be drenched.
This was wonderful. You must be aware you will not see The Falls and you will play around in Class 5 rapids, but if you love getting wet and the thrill of going through waves, you will love it!!! BTW..there are no seatbelts so hold on tight!!!!! We loved our guide Isabella and our Captain (can’t remember his name, so sorry). Definitely worth every penny!
What an amazing experience. Totally worth the money. Great Guide and Captain. We were sitting in the front and we were happy we did. We got WET. The guide was informative and funny. The set up process, registration, waiver, short lesson, getting on the boat and getting off the boat were seamless. The only thing that lacked a bit was the after sales. We wanted to buy a photo as well as a video but when we got to the Trent/trailer no one was helping. We were confused as how to purchase those items. Unless you took clothes off the rack and brought it to the counter NO One offered to help you figure out how or where exaclty to go to purchase a picture of video. Kinda sad as we really wanted one.
You will be soaking wet! The ponchos are worthless to stay dry but can warm you for the ride back. Bella was wonderful and Charlie gave us the ride of our life! Unforgettable!
This was truly the best activity we did while we were in NF. We wished we had time to do it a second time. So much fun. Wish we could have sat in the front of the boat (we were in the back right side - better to be on the left side and in the front). Dominic ( I think) was friendly and informative about the area. The only problem is, you couldnt hear what he was saying 90% of the time. Like Charlie Brown's teacher, "whah whah, whah whah". It all ran together. Between the motor, the wind, the chattering of other folks, the water splashing - there's no way we could understand him. A coworker needs to sit and take a ride with others to see how hard it is to understand the words. Anyway, it was so so fun. Have totally already told people to do this. My husband loved it so much, he bought the video and we've sent it to a few friends to show what we did.
You need to show up 45 mins early. If you don’t you won’t make your boat time. You need to look deep into the confirmation page to find this information. It made it very stressful after getting there with 25 mins and finding out I was actually too late for the time slot. Luckily the staff on sight were wonderful and able to accommodate me.
My wife and I had only two days in Niagara Falls area. As we were booking all of our activities, we were planning to do the Zipline to the Falls. Just before I booked it, I decided to do some research - and found it only lasted for about 45 seconds, despite the massive price tag. Wanting to do something adventurous but not wanting to spend $200 on a 45 second attraction, we did some research and found the Whirlpool Jet Tours. MAN what a good decision!! The boat ride is about 30 minutes and is an incredible mixture of views and action moments. We had SOOOO much fun. We wanted to go again immediately, but unfortunately the next available boat would have been just a little too late as we had to get back to the airport. If we could have, we would have! I cannot recommend this activity enough - but with one sort of caveat. We only did the "get wet" tour, so I cannot say this with certainty: but based on our experience and what we saw, I feel like the "get wet" option is a significantly better experience. It's probably fun both ways, and you can get better views and video in the dry version - but the feeling of the warm water splashing you while making crazy turns in the rapids is what truly made this activity so much fun for us. One note: I would NOT recommend the video. We spent the $50 (CAD) for the video and photos and were very disappointed. It's a splice together of all the shots taken on the boat. We appear in only a very few scenes for a few seconds, and the video does not do justice to the drenching that we got. If you want a video, you'd be better off using the "go again for 50% off" option and do a dry tour where you can take the video yourself :)

i can't swim float nothing but this was on my bucket list all staff let me know i would be safe and nothing would happen......baby i had an amazing time Big shot out to jackie & grace u ladies rock i will be back i had an amazing time!!
We had a blast. The jet boat was so much fun. Drenched from head to toe. Word of advice, ponchos do not help, just something else to get wet, so we did not wear them. Jackie was our guide and Grace was our boat driver and they were amazing. Jackie serenaded us the whole trip. You guys were amazing.
