Begin je dag bij het Table Rock Welcome Centre – verzamel je tickets en reserveer een toegangstijd voor Journey Behind the Falls. Laat de VoxCity-voucher zien die u na het boeken hebt ontvangen en een medewerker wisselt deze in voor een ticket voor Reis achter de watervallen.
Daal 30 meter af naar het hart van Niagara en verken de 130 jaar oude tunnels, die vandaag de dag de meest iconische en bezochte waterval ter wereld vormen. Terwijl je door de grotten naar het observatiedek reist, voel je de vibratie van Horseshoe Falls voordat je het zelfs maar kunt zien!

When you booked only take in consideration that everything is digital....keep your voucher because you have to redeem and you are in your own pace. So far we had a great time ..I really rec this own pace tour.

The Falls were beautiful and breathtaking! I would recommend this to anyone. I only gave it 3 stars because I learned upon arrival that you are recommended to select an arrival slot, which is only available on Niagara Parks website. Because of this, we had to find another time-filler for 2 hours. Otherwise, it was great!

For everyone who panicked after the latest reviews, the tickets can be redeemed again. It is a bit cumbersome and not all employees at the attractions know how it works, but in the end it works out. It is easier if you use the tickets from the email and not from the app. Nevertheless, according to the staff on site, that only worked because the attractions themselves put pressure on the provider, which I find very questionable. At Behind the Falls, you are assigned a timeslot, so it may be that you have to be a little patient. The audio guide did not work, and after contacting customer service twice, who then passed the problem on, I have heard nothing to this day. That is probably the price you have to pay for cheaper tickets. The attractions themselves are great.

We attempted to use the this reservation at Skylon Tower but we were not provided the PDF needed to complete the transaction once there. So we were forced to purchase tickets again despite having paid through Viator. We would like to be reimbursed for the amount of the Skylon Tower part. We paid an additional $90 dollars, essentially paying twice for the same experience. We were able to use the Journey behind the falls portion but again had issues getting the actual tickets at the desk. It took them some time to provide them. Also, didn’t complete the Tesla audio tour, no one knew how to help us use it. We didn’t get a chance to really investigate. Overall, we would not use this service again and would instead simply purchase the tickets directly at the location. It cost us more money to go through Viator. Jared Farris

Tickets for Skylon could not be read by Skylon. Unable to access ride. Repeated calls to customer service went unanswered, no response to emails until we had left Canada and it was to late to return.

This is borderline a scam or too complicated to use. Once you “receive” your tix you’ll have to reach out again for voucher for the actually exhibit to process and it’s all bots/unresponsive to work with. I didn’t even get my full refund after not even being able to use what I purchased and I’m beyond pissed tbh.

I and my three friends visited Skylon Tower on 18th July 2026. My booking reference 14245910993. The e-voucher you sent for Skylon Tour could not be redeemed as it cannot be downloaded with repeated error messages. We were not allowed to join the tour.When called 1-636 367 3082 Vox City for help the response was to call on monday 20th. The result we missed skylon tower leg and Tesla audio tour for which we paid. We travelled all the way from Port Perry ,Ontario for this tour. For this lapse on your part you must refund the monies charged.
