- Inchecken is 45 minuten voor de geplande vluchttijd. Doet u dit niet, dan kan dit leiden tot langere wachttijden of verlies van de vlucht.
- Vanwege het comfort en gewicht / balans van het vliegtuig, zullen passagiers die meer dan 250lbs (113kgs) wegen een extra stoel moeten kopen. Dit is rechtstreeks te betalen aan de touroperator op de dag van de tour.300 - lb (136kg) maximum gewicht per passagier.
- Alle passagiers, inclusief kinderen, moeten een door de overheid uitgegeven ID / paspoort hebben, anders kan uw vlucht worden geweigerd.
- Houd er rekening mee dat audiotaalselectie niet gegarandeerd is en op basis van beschikbaarheid. Als er meer dan 2 talen worden aangevraagd op dezelfde vlucht, kan het audiocommentaar standaard Engels zijn. Vanwege de onvoorspelbare aard van technische problemen kunnen we geen zekerheid bieden over de audiofunctionaliteit van de headsets.
- Alle vluchttijden zijn bij benadering en onderhevig aan verandering als gevolg van weersomstandigheden en gewichtsbeperkingen.
- Baby's van 24 maanden en jonger moeten op schoot van een volwassene zitten
- Passagiers kunnen op elk moment tussen hun toegewezen inchecktijd en hun geboekte tourtijd vliegen. Werkelijke vluchttijden kunnen variëren op basis van operationele behoeften, weersomstandigheden en passagiersstroom.
- Vluchten gekocht voor 2 maart 2026, de $ 40 per persoon heliport fee was niet inbegrepen in de oorspronkelijke boekingsprijs. Deze toeslag dient te worden betaald op het moment van inchecken.
- Passagiers met mobiliteitsproblemen moeten van hun rolstoel naar de helikopterstoel overstappen en met gebogen benen kunnen zitten. Voor passagiers die minder wegen dan 150 lbs, kunnen onze medewerkers u assisteren in de helikopter en ervoor zorgen dat uw rolstoel tijdens uw vlucht van en naar de helihaven wordt gebracht. Voor passagiers van meer dan 150 lbs moet je ofwel zelf kunnen overstappen of iemand bij je hebben die kan helpen om je in de helikopter te krijgen. Laat het ons van tevoren weten over eventuele mobiliteitsproblemen.

The helicopter ride was fantastic, views were superb and the whole experience was simply brilliant with one caviat. During booking Viator do ask for you weight, what they don't mention at the time or anywhere in the t&c's until after you have paid it that their is a 113kg weight limit, above this then the provider may force you to purchase an extra seat depending on demand on the day. Thankfully we went on a quiet day but had it been busy then we could have had problems and could well have been forced to pay for an extra seat. It's dissapointing that at no point before payment is made that this is mentioned, not when you input your weight when asked, not in the terms and conditions and not until the tickets are issues a few days before the flight and again in small, easily unnoticeable text buried away that you miss until it's too late. That was dissapointing but thankfully wasn't an issue in the day, but onku because it was quiet and the flight wasnt full

It was a great experience. I flew with a helicopter for the first time and luckily the weather was also pretty good. It's not the cheapest option but it gives a great view over the city. Definitely recommended.

Great! Provides a better understanding of New York and its organization. On the other hand, I was charged the $40 per person heliport fee, 80 when they were already included in the TripAdvisor rate! Too bad!

Although quick, the tour is pleasant and passes really close to the Statue of Liberty, it gets exciting and will stay in memory. I loved the experience and would come back other times.
