This company is a scam. Their app shows the next bus to arrive in 20 minutes for over an hour now, and still shows it. No bus in sight. We paid a lot of money and now we’re spending our last NYC day waiting at a bus stop. Avoid this company by all means!
Warning: Do not use this company. They don’t care about anything but taking your money. I paid $198 for 2 people for 48 hour hop on hop off and liberty cruise. On Thursday December 12th 2025 we wanted to do the uptown bus and waited over 2hours! When the bus did stop the driver got off the bus and said it would leave at 12:05, another 15 min. Then the driver gets on the bus and said she was told to go to anther location and left us all standing there and would not allow us on the bus. It was freezing cold outside. My sister called and was told another bus would be there in 15 minutes. By now we had all been waiting over 2 hours and were freezing. The bus pulls up and it was a “polar express” bus with no indoor seating only up top with no protection from the wind and cold. An absolute horrible experience. I asked for a refund and the reply I got was “we’re sorry you feel we didn’t meet your expectations” and they would not be refunding us. My sister and I are senior citizens, this was not only unacceptable it was dangerous. It’s pretty sad when you feel safer on the subway than you do on this service we paid almost $200 for.
Staff was nice, and the music choice was great! Loved seeing all of the older buildings and the history was great. Waiting to board the bus did not take long, and the length of the ride was perfect!
The last day of being in NYC. Have been telling my grandkids about the hop-on hop-off bus tour. Paid $236. Waited until about the third bus in order to get a seat.Got on the bus somewhere in Times Square. Was then informed that three of the stops would not happen due to a parade. Empire State building and flat iron building two of the places. Three of the areas were already off the list so we decided to get off at Little Italy ,Soho , and Chinatown. Quickly went through the area then had a quick snack. Went back to the bus stop and waited quite some time. Then decided that a bus was not going to show up at this stop so we had to walk 10 blocks to the next stop. After waiting at the next stop at about a quarter till 5:00 We decided to find a restroom. At 5:22 the bus went by. Needing to be headed back to Times Square by 6:30 and go onto our flight we opted to just take the subway back. All of this being said what should have cost about $15 for 5 people on the subway ended up costing $236. I have sent messages and tried calling numerous times and can get no response from anyone. So yes it was a big waste of time and money!
DISGUSTING! The owner of this company has absolutely no respect or consideration for their employees, customers or tourists. The bus had no air conditioning on the lower deck—the heat was unbearable, the seats were scorching hot, and it was completely uncomfortable; this wasn't a tour, it was torture. I travel all over the world and have never seen such blatant disregard for customers and staff. It’s a disgrace! The audio doesn't match the language of the translation on many buses; they don't offer even the bare minimum of comfort. I feel sorry for the staff—most of them are kind.
Awful is an understatement.... Did not follow the route. Narration was wrong and often late. Wait for bus was excessive. No AC downstairs on bus and upstairs was full. Had to wait 45 mins at start / finish..... Terrible - Best avoided
