Achter elk geweldig eetcafé hier schuilt een verhaal van traditie en innovatie. Tijdens deze foodtour proef je niet alleen de ongelooflijke smaken, maar ontdek je ook de rijke geschiedenis die deze plekken zo geliefd maakt bij de lokale bevolking. Mijn doel is om kwaliteitsmomenten te creëren, de beste foto's en selfies te maken in het hart van NOLA terwijl we genieten van zeevruchten van lokale pareltjes. Deze ervaring is een LIEFDESBRIEF aan New Orleans! Neem je glimlach, positieve energie, drankjes, een modieuze outfit mee en LAAT DE GOEDE TIJDEN ROLLEN! Go with a group This is an interesting exploration into the other side of New Orleans. Being money because everything is extra and customizable. You are paying for the guides time and view of the city

We appreciate you noting that the experience is highly customizable—guests are not just paying for the stops, but for the guide’s knowledge, stories, and unique perspective of the city. Additionally each guest is responsible for food and drink purchases. All of this is what makes the tour such a reasonable value while giving you a true taste of New Orleans culture. Hollis was very personable and gave us good spots for some seafood! But, I will say you have to pay for your food and drinks at the spots you go to which wasn’t clear in the description.

I’m really glad you enjoyed the tour and the seafood spots — that’s what it’s all about, making sure you get the real New Orleans flavor. As far as the food and drinks, with the tour being $25 per person, there’s no way I’d be able to cover everyone’s seafood and drinks as well. The tour price covers the experience, the history, the stops, and the guidance — but all food and beverages at the locations are separate and paid individually. That said, I’m happy you still enjoyed yourself! It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’m definitely looking forward to you coming back again in the future. 🙌🏾
It was an amazing tour! Hollis was so nice and personable; He was very welcoming. The food was so good, we learned how to eat crawfish the right way! Definitely will be booking again when I visit and I recommend everyone to do the same! 10/10!!
Hollis was an amazing tour guide. He showed us all the best places in New Orleans and treated us like family. I would definitely do it again the next time i visit.
Super Shuttle Nashville Charters and Tours was the most relaxing yet fun trip ever, they educated us about the rich couture and black,French, Creole heritage. We'll organized everyday day of the itinerary.
Unfortunately, this tour didn’t quite serve up what we expected. It was more like a group discussion with strangers choosing between two restaurants given as options. Dessert? Surprise! It was unplanned and MIA when we arrived. Hollis did pivot and take us somewhere else, which was appreciated, but overall it felt more like a last-minute dinner party than a guided food tour. Fun people, but a bit disorganized and not quite as advertised.

That evening coincided with a major citywide event, which caused some unexpected shifts in our usual flow. Even so, we did our best to pivot and provide a memorable, authentic New Orleans experience. Our tours are rooted in the culture, community, and history of Black New Orleans. We welcome guests from all walks of life, and we expect the same level of respect in return — for our team, our guests, and the spaces we share. We understand this type of experience may not be for everyone, and that’s okay. Should you choose to return with an open mind and clear intentions, we’d be happy to show you the heart and soul of this city the right way.
The tour was so much more than food. It encompassed history, people, communities outside of the touristy areas. Our guide, Hollis provided insights on the real Big Easy. Hollis is kind, patient and knowledgeable. He definitely knows NO. Oh, and we got some awesome seafood on the tour and delicious desserts!

Hollis went above and beyond to accommodate us—when rain was in the forecast, he seamlessly adjusted our experience into a driving tour. He was an incredible guide: friendly, professional, and full of knowledge. The insights he shared came from personal experience, offering us a deeper understanding we wouldn’t have gotten anywhere else! Listen! This tour was was EXCEPTIONAL! O feel like we got the FULL experience of ALL that NOLA has to offer. Hollis was FULL of knowledge and gave us soooo much history of the City of New Orleans! You MUST take this tour if you want to experience New Orleans and all its authenticity!
