Our tour guide was Orion. He was fantastic. It was miserably hot and he handed out personal fans for everybody. And halfway through the tour had cold towels for everyone.
Everything was very smooth. the guide was informative and clear, and it was a fun way to explore the French Quarter. Perhaps my expectations were unfair, but I did find the content a bit underwhelming. I had been on "ghost tours" in other cities (St Augustine for instance was phenomenal). This felt more of a "tour at night," not really a ghost tour. Still enjoyable, but not in line with my expectations.
Scott did a great job! I have done many ghost tours in the past and always love hearing different stories and learning new things with different guides, and Scott did not disappoint! He also showed us some of his personal ghost pictures at the end of the tour that he had received from other guests and they were amazing!
We learned so much about the colorful, dark history of this wonderful town. Orion was engaging and entertaining. He has the knowledge and passion that makes him a great story teller!
Tour provides a lot of information about the French Quarter. The walking was not a lot and there are several stops along the way.
Orion was the best tour guide! We immediately felt like kindred spirits. He was so kind to my daughter and kept us all laughing with funny jokes, in addition to completely wowed by all of the spooky stories and history of our tour route. I have a decent amount of experience in the French Quarter, but I learned a lot!We will absolutely seek him out for another of the tour options on a future trip. Slainte, Orion! ☘️

We had an amazing experience. We learned about the history, culture and the supernatural all at once through our experienced tour guide Orion. He is a fantastic storyteller and very knowledgeable about the historical aspects of the city. We really appreciated his style of storytelling and his candor.
I booked this tour because it indicated it would be in Spanish, but that was not the case. Additionally, I expected a more dynamic tour of haunted places. Most of the time was the guide talking, and at the only stop, we just sat while she continued telling stories. The experience did not meet my expectations.
I’ve been on ghost tours in several different cities, and this one easily takes the top spot. Of course, being in New Orleans made it even better, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our tour guide, D.J. He is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had. He’s knowledgeable, entertaining, and knows exactly how to keep everyone engaged from start to finish. He made the entire tour so much fun, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. If you’re booking this tour, do yourself a favor and ask for D.J. You won’t regret it. 10/10 recommend!
