Find another company for transport

This was the second time we used Holiday Service in Montego Bay to go from Negril to Montego Bay Airport. The first time they were an hour late. Yesterday I confirmed the pick up for 6 AM this morning. And they finally showed up at 6:45 No calls about being late. I called and they said He will be there in five minutes well 25 minutes later he showed up. I would not use this company. They are not reliable. The driver was polite but the company sucks.

Crashed the Shuttle and Missed Flight, No Refund Offered

Took the Holiday Service shuttle from Negril to MBJ airport. Driver drove very aggressively throughout the trip, cutting in and out of lanes to save a few seconds. This continued up until he crashed the shuttle while trying to make a pass, rear-ending a turning vehicle at high speed. Luckily, no one was badly hurt, but we were stranded at the side of the road and ended up missing our flight. No apology or refund despite it clearly being the company's driver at fault for the accident. Won't be using again and would suggest searching for a safer, more reliable alternative.

Quick response from the company staff and the shuttle was on time. Bus was clean and the driver was professional and courteous.

Safe Driver

Arrived a little late, but we made it to the airport safely and in plenty of time. The driver was polite, professional, and a careful driver.
