Stap aan boord van een sampan en wees getuige van de levendige handelsactiviteiten van Cairang Floating Market, de grootste drijvende markt in Vietnam. Goederen die worden uitgewisseld zijn onder andere vers fruit en groenten, zoals ananassen en mango's. Ervaar een uniek ontbijt, bestellen bij drijvende restaurants en cafés -een perfecte combinatie om uw dag te beginnen. Vervolgens varen we door kleine, maar complexe kanalenstelsels de jungle in. Dit landschap biedt een kijkje in het typische rivierleven langs de Mekong Delta. Onze boot zal ook worden gestopt bij een vier decennia oud noedeldorp en we zullen deelnemen aan het maken van rijstnoedels op de traditionele manier. Daarna stappen we in de auto en rijden we een uur. We varen de kronkelende kanalen van het natuurreservaat Lung Ngoc Hoang in, dat wordt omgeven door waterhyacint en watersla die het oppervlak bedekken. Hierdoor kunt u zich volledig onderdompelen in de betoverende sfeer van het bos terwijl u de gevarieerde flora en fauna observeert die binnen zijn grenzen gedijen.

Lung Ngoc Hoang is een toevluchtsoord voor natuurliefhebbers en natuurliefhebbers en je zult vele soorten kleurrijke vogels zien, zoals reigers, ijsvogels, koecals, aalscholvers en moerassen.

This was the BEST tour we took in south east Asia (we’ve been here a month!) all because of Mai! She was so energetic and knowledgeable and great with English. She added so many details and extras to the tour! We got ten times what we expected. We were very well fed too!
We did the River Market and Reserve tour today, and it was the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Mai, was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She was so cheery, energetic, and made the entire experience deeply engaging for everyone. Mai taught us so much about the Mekong Delta, sharing fascinating insights with so much passion. If you are booking a tour, look for Mai, she is truly the best!
Very exciting and educational tour, where you get a good insight into how the local merchants live. Also a nice experience-rich trip to the nature area through exciting and beautiful canals that end with a lovely lunch. Our local guide Ruby was absolutely fantastic in telling you about both the area, the local culture and fauna.

Have a nice day trip with guide Ruby, a young lady with some fine stories about culture, the floating market, local customs and nature. No intrusive conditions, but a quiet day on and around the Mekong. Price on the high side.
We booked this tour to get a glimps of the life in the Mekong Delta and also to see some nature. The way to the flaoting market gives you a change to experince this. As when you roam the surounding canals. The nature reserve, was a little bit of peace in Vietnam. From the lookout point you could see al the birds in the canopy's. And the patty's. We had al lovely tour guide, who made us feel right at home.
On our first day, we were taken by taxi to a waterway where we boarded a boat that took us to see a floating fish farm. There were many species of fish, and we were able to feed many of them - very exciting! We also sat with our legs in the water and enjoyed a gentle fish massage. We walked around a beautiful farm with many types of fruit trees, and were able to sample some of them. We finished with a tasty fish hotpot! The next day, we visited a busy open market and saw many types of fruit, vegetables, and seafood. We then got on a boat and went out on the water, and stopped at a number of boats that were part of the floating market. We had some wonderful coffee and fruit juices, and were served an excellent fish noodle soup for breakfast. Afterwards, we went to a nature reserve and went for another tour of the waterways in a small boat. We were able to view rice fields and Ruby answered all of our questions. Finally, we finished with a delicious lunch. All transfers were included, and we felt very well cared for. Ruby also took lots of pictures of our group and forwarded them to us at the end.
We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Our tour guide Mai was very warm, friendly but also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, both about Vietnamese culture and beautiful nature. The tour has been recommended to us by acquaintances and we can only warmly recommend it.
We had a really great tour to explore the Mekong Delta with Ruby, our guide who gave us exciting insights into the culture of Vietnam. The tour over the Floating Market Cang Rai was really great with some stops to try something delicious to drink and food as well as interesting information about the history and overtime change of the market and people living on the river. We will totally remember it as one of the highlights of our Vietnam journey because it was so special. Besides all the exciting things we saw like the production of rice noodles or the birds in the nature parc, we always had great conversations with Ruby which we could ask all our questions about Vietnamese culture and the background of the region to learn more about our current destination.
