Er zijn veel ongewone en intrigerende bezienswaardigheden te zien in Ketchikan. Wij laten het beste ervan voor u zien! Onder de wilde dieren bevinden zich zeehonden, adelaars, beren en zalmen bij Herring Cove (hoewel we de wilde dieren niet kunnen garanderen doen we zeker ons best. En we gaan een prachtige waterval bekijken en als het tij goed is kunnen we gaan strandjutten.

Zie het wild, hopelijk een beer zalm zien vangen, verschillende soorten vogels zien, u onze vegetatie laten zien van stinkkool tot duivelsclub. Stop bij een pittoresk strand en kijk uit naar de af en toe passerende orka, zeehond of adelaar. Ga dan 5 minuten de weg op en zie een prachtige waterval.

As you know looking for wildlife is a hit or miss thing..their wildlife after all and they decide when they want to go to some of their potential hangouts. We should have booked a longer tour because it was great to be shown real places with real stories by a native who lives and was raised in Ketchikan. Seeing the bald eagles at the beach was THE highlight of our cruise. Bernie was an awesome guide giving an insight into the real side of life there. We did not see everything we hoped to see but we loved what we did see away from the throngs of visitors. Could be the luck of the draw but was a real life treat. I really liked that we could book a tour for just us, my husband who has health issue's and me, with a trustworthy and verified guide.

Rick with Orca Song Your was an AWESOME guide in ketchikan. He was so knowledgeable and kind. We were treated as VIP all the way. He even took extra time with us so we can try to go and look for wild animals but because it is too early in the season we were not so lucky. Highly recommend Rick as a your guide.
