Onze bus is een witte 30 - zits met “Island Beach Shuttle” bewegwijzering aan de voor- en zijkanten. Hotelgasten : Ontmoet elkaar bij de hoofdingang 10–15 minuten voor uw geplande ophaaltijd. Cruisehavengasten : Ontmoet elkaar bij de belangrijkste uitgang van de cruisehaven in de buurt van het gebouw van de toeristische politie 15 - 20 minuten voor vertrek. Luchthavengasten: Ontmoet elkaar bij de ophaallocatie bij aankomst 15–20 minuten voor uw ophaaltijd.

Requested a refund and didn’t like service arrived at airport at 1pm and they wanted me to wait 2 hours for transportation with kids and person who was emailing me wasn’t nice at all or understanding.
For clarity: Our transportation schedule is based on the pickup times selected by our customers. The customer booked a 4:00 PM transfer but arrived at the airport at approximately 1:30 PM. Although the booking was for 4:00 PM, we offered to accommodate the customer at our earliest available pickup time of 3:00 PM. The customer chose to cancel the transfer instead. We do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible, but we cannot always interrupt transportation already scheduled for other customers to accommodate an arrival significantly earlier than the booked pickup time.
My flight was delayed by over two hours, but they were incredibly patient and polite. The van was also clean and comfy. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!
I errantly booked the wrong time based on military time (booked 1700 instead of 1900) and was so grateful the driver called to let me know and arrange his schedule to accomodate. Our flight was late and he waited. He also provided a wonderful history of the island en route. Book with this local company. It was 5 stars plus for us!
I can’t say enough good things about PAL and his service! He was right on time picking us up at the port (next to the Nassau police station) and at Atlantis for our day trip. He made sure we knew how to contact him if we needed to return to the ship earlier or later. The bus was very clean with good A/C as well as excellent markings for picking it out in the traffic.
Great transfer! Shuttle looked just like the picture and everything was as described. A very comfortable ride with lots of space, AC and helpful driver.
This company left us stranded at the bahama airport. They had our flight information.And once we arrived, I looked at that, they were running late and told us to take a cab.

Rather than asking you to wait at the airport after your flight, we offered you the option of taking one of the readily available airport taxis immediately and provided a full refund for your booking. Our intention was never to leave you stranded, but to ensure you could get to your destination as quickly as possible. We understand this was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to minimize the impact of unforeseen delays on our guests.
So convenient. Great driver! As soon as we got our baggage and got through customs we met our driver, he loaded our luggage and we were off to start our vacation.
I had a great experience my drivers name was Thayo. He arrived on time and the vehicle was nice and clean.
He was flexible with our flight issues. Picked us up right at the door and was super pleasant and informative. Great transition to the hotel. Would recommend!
