Dit is het tegenovergestelde : Uw cabana is van u alleen — een privébasis met schaduwrijk uitzicht op de oceaan die alleen voor uw groep is gereserveerd, waar een persoonlijke server de hele dag voor u zorgt, de drankjes laat komen en een vers gekookte Bahamiaanse lunch rechtstreeks naar uw ligstoelen brengt. Geen wachtrijen, niet delen, geen haast. Als u toch zin heeft om te bewegen, kunt u in uw eigen tempo genieten van het eiland. Zwem met een Gids naar een levendig koraalrif met tropische vissen, glijd langs de kustlijn per kajak of paddleboard, koel af op de watermatten of dwaal tussen twee rustige witte zandstranden. Beklim Pearl Island's iconische vuurtoren voor een panoramisch uitzicht over de turquoise haven, en ga dan meteen terug naar het comfort van je cabana. My family and I really enjoyed the private cabana experience. Everything was so beautiful just so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this service.
The VIP Cabana Experience was great! I went alone and purchased two tickets to maintain the 2 guest required minimum. Arrived at the Paradise Wharf Ferry terminal and made the short walk to Margaritaville which was the meet up spot for this excursion. (From the Nassau cruise port in about 20 minutes. $7 one way, this was not included in the booking). From there I got my wrist band, and awaited the 11am ferry that was scheduled to take us. The ferry ride to Pearl Island was very pleasant. Upon arrival the staff was very accommodating and attentive. I had a dedicated server who was excellent. The cabana was well appointed with two very comfortable and plush lounge chairs, and two fans which were much appreciated in the heat. There were 4 signature cocktails that were available as part of the all inclusive package and there was a full cash bar for any other cocktails. I am not a beer or wine drinker so can’t speak to what was or was not included in the all inclusive package from that regard. Lunch was a set menu of BBQ Chicken, a breaded fish steak, rice with beans and coleslaw. The lunch was perfectly fine. The water was magnificent, it never felt too crowded. I have read a lot of reviews about the conditions of the non VIP beach loungers being a bit torn and tattered. I did notice that on the beach end however I think it’s more of a “you get what you pay for” situation as my cabana was excellent as mentioned previously. If you are looking for a special beach day on a private island that is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, I highly recommend you book the VIP Cabanas at Pearl Island.
Awesome little island to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and get a great sun tan. Employees are awesome and very attentive!
Meeting place was incorrect and number was not in service, communication was bad they contacted us the following day.
Beach crowded; food mediocre; swimming are filled with thousands of baby jellyfish that stung!! Service and comfort of Cabana good. Wouldn't do it again.
The experience listed 11-4 but we came back to the terminal about 40 min earlier. The food was amazing. We did the snorkeling, that could’ve been done on our own without the added expense, but was still great. Saw ALOT of beautifully colored fish. No turtles.
Left earlier than departure time, and didn't refund after spending hundreds of dollars on this trip.
They literally left us when we walked up at 10:45 am excursion started at 11:00 am and when a person who knew the people called to have them turn around they said no even when they said they could take us to a certain point for pick up. RIDICULOUS do NOT BOOK with them!!!!!!! Spent $400 for my booking waste of time and money!!!!
The cabanas were under renovation during our visit, so we did not get the experience we expected. Instead, we were given a large private area, but it had poor access to the water and felt quite boring. If you’re planning a trip to Pearl Island, I would recommend purchasing a regular day pass rather than paying extra for a cabana. Additionally, the pickup process was confusing. We were not picked up directly from the cruise ship as expected and instead had to take a water taxi to the pickup location. Overall, the experience was not worth the amount of money we paid.
Boat was late about 20 minutes and cabana had broken uncomfortable chairs. The tour rep Rene was terrific and our cabana server gave great service!!!! The drinks were watered down and everything on the island was run down or broken. I don’t recommend this tour! Instead go to Rose Island Sandy Toes tour for better service and experience!
