Nashville’s Original Prohibition Cocktail Crawl verkent het jazz-tijdperk nachtleven van de binnenstad, hidden-gem bars en waargebeurde verhalen uit een zondig verleden. Kleine groepen en pay-as-you-go drankjes houden het flexibel, leuk en vol met Gatsby-tijdperk kattenkwaad. Let op : dit is een cocktailcrawl met een verbodsthema, GEEN talkeasy-only tour. Nashville heeft niet genoeg echte speakeasies in de buurt om een beloopbare route te creëren. In plaats daarvan bezoeken we een samengestelde mix van historische, verborgen juweeltjes en tijdperk-geïnspireerde locaties voor geschiedenis, cocktails en veel gelach. In twee uur leidt je gastheer je naar vier locaties in het centrum met verhalen over dranksmokkelaars, corruptie en slimme oplossingen die de geesten op gang hielden. Drankjes zijn optioneel en à la carte; sommige locaties bieden specials of voorkeursprijzen, maar kortingen zijn niet gegarandeerd bij elke halte. De wandeling is minder dan een mijl en ontspannen - ideaal voor groepen, koppels, vrijgezellen en nieuwsgierige reizigers die houden van cocktails met een gekke maar ware geschiedenis!

DE MANNENWIJK Nashville’s meest beruchte speeltuin – waar de drank vrijelijk werd uitgegoten, de dobbelstenen en de beschermheren allebei konden worden geladen, en de agenten op straat het woord kenden... en de andere kant opkeken! ROOKRIJ Ooit een wazige waas van sigaren, gevallen zielen en achterkamergevechten – de lucht vol kattenkwaad, maneschijn en gefluister dat je niet durfde te herhalen. HET KRUISPUNT VAN “ZONDE & VERLOSSING” Waar de schaduwen van kerktorens over jenevertenten en drankhuisjes vielen, en klokken zich vermengden met de roep van “Cat Houses”. Het bewijs dat de halo’s en highballs van deze stad altijd dezelfde straten hebben gedeeld. Wandel met ons door deze straten en ge zult de echo’s van die tijd beginnen te VOELEN – en misschien zelfs de verleidelijke aantrekkingskracht die een beetje zonde kan hebben voor de heiligen.
Durf Nashville’s meest beruchte achtersteegje in te duiken! Stap in de geschiedenis (en misschien een beetje problemen) in de legendarische Printer’s Alley — waar de kroeg stroomde, de jazz sprong en de agenten zich met hun eigen zaken wisten te bemoeien. Overdag was het een knooppunt voor drukpersen en bijbelbinden. Maar 's nachts? Een droogleggingsspeelplaats voor gangsters, politici en high-rollers die langs de wet glijden voor bootleg whisky en hete muziek. Vandaag de dag zoemen de schaduwen nog steeds met bars in speakeasy-stijl, zwoele bluesclubs en verborgen hoekjes die de glamoureuze, licht schandalige geest levend houden. Loop hier met ons mee en voel waarom Nashville's legendarische verleden - en de coolste locals - nog steeds voor deze strip kiezen voor nachten die een beetje edgier (en historischer) zijn dan Honky Tonk Row.

Our guide Drew was funny, knowledgeable, and kept the group moving at a pace that felt intentional but never rushed. The tour struck a great balance between history and walking, with plenty of dedicated time to just hang out with our group at each stop. The bars we visited felt more upscale and local than the typical Broadway spots, which was a nice change of pace from the usual Nashville bar crawl. Highly recommend this one if you want something with a bit more character than the standard tourist route!

If you are visiting Nashville, you absolutely have to book this experience. Our guide, Drew, was incredible—as a local, his knowledge of the city’s history was top-notch, and he took us to several hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. Beyond the awesome sights, the dynamic of the group was fantastic. We were paired with people from all over the country and became fast friends, which made hanging out for the afternoon even better. It was an unforgettable excursion and the perfect start to our vacation!

This experience was nothing like we expected at all. We thought we were going to learn more about the prohibition time but only learned where the bars were to sit at for 30 minutes to drink. 3 bars (2 in same building) 30 minutes at each drinking then tour is over. Very big disappointment after paying $96.00 Seen to be bars hopping only it cost us to do it.

Our Prohibition Cocktail Crawl is designed as a 2.25-hour, story-driven experience built around Nashville’s Prohibition-era history, colorful characters, and carefully chosen cocktail stops. The bars are meant to support the narrative experience — not replace it. After reviewing what happened, we agree that what you described was a serious isolated failure on our part. It was not an acceptable version of our tour. It was advertised as a prohibition ( speak easy) tour. Only one of the bars we went to could be classified as a speak easy. All the other bars were very nice, but not what we expected as advertised. Also, we only went to 3 locations instead of 4 as advertised, and only received a discount at the first bar. Very disappointing.

We take quality control very seriously and are looking into what happened in that tour. To clarify for future guests, this is a Prohibition-themed cocktail crawl, not a speakeasy-only tour. Downtown Nashville does not have enough true speakeasies near enough to each other to create a walkable route, so we visit a curated mix of historic, hidden-gem, and era-inspired venues tied to the city’s Prohibition-era drinking culture. Having said that, the tour is advertised as four downtown venues, and I’m sorry your group only visited three. That is not the standard we intend to deliver, and we are reviewing what happened so we can tighten our route procedures. I also appreciate your note about the venue specials. Drinks are pay-as-you-go, and occasional tour-only specials may vary by location and availability. We are updating our wording to make that expectation clearer for future guests. we had an amazing time with our host and tour guide Dean!! He was fun, kept us informed and made us laugh !! learned soo many fun much on our Prohibition Bar crawl!!!
