This is a beautiful city to tour. Quite different from the US. Miria is a wonderful tour guide assistant
We booked and paid £35 before we left Uk. We asked our guide to show us nearest bus stop which was Pizza del Gesu. Bus was timetabled to arrive 12:10, 1:10, 2:10 etc every hour. We got to the stop at 2.00 and waited in the intense heat until 3.30 (supposedly 2 buses in this time). NO buses from this company. We requested a refund and NO refund given. Do not book with this company.

Our guide was an amazing gentleman that poured his enthusiasm and knowledge into our tour of Pompeii & Herculaneum. He made our experience remarkable! PS I wonder, take too many pictures and make too many dad jokes. Even after our guide got to know me he didn’t even leave me behind and totally had the opportunity to. So that’s also a plus Lol!!!
Great trip - we werre able to see what a beuatiful city Naples really is. The view across the harbour with Mt Vesuvius in the background was special

I arrived in Naples with my husband and another couple; I saw these buses around the city but we could not understand where to buy the ticket, so we asked some taxi drivers who strongly advised against it. Then we saw one pass by us and I signaled to the onboard staff to wait for us at the next stop, just to ask for information. Mery S explained everything in detail; we decided to purchase the 24-hour tickets and she also gave us a map and disposable headphones. What can I say, from here our wonderful experience began. The audio guide is detailed, but Mery also provided explanations on the highlights. On the way back, there was a bit of traffic, but Mery lightened everything by playing Italian music for us. It is a convenient way to see Naples, but from the bus route, you do not see that much. Be prepared to know what is at each of the stops as they will not tell you. The Blue Line's route is nice and scenic but the recording if you listen to it, is more about history than what is at each stop. The Red Line tries to tell you what you are seeing, but a lot of what you see from you seat will not endear you to Naples. Mobility issues prevented a walking tour and this was the next best option.
Hello, thanks to the 24h ticket you can get a good view of the panoramas offered by Naples, furthermore the accompanying person present provides information regarding the stops and places that can be observed on the bus, as well as the audio guide. AVOID AVOID AVOID: This is a complete scam operation. They sold us city tour tickets for an oversold bus. The relief bus never turned up. When we asked for a refund they stone walled us and ultimately refused to give it. They cited their adherence to their terms and conditions which was of little use to us as we had a flight to catch. Beware people, beware!!
We are sorry for this review, but our buses run every hour, from 9:42 AM to 5:42. If you missed a bus, you could easily take the next one, as ther's no specific time for the tour. Furthermore, we have eight ticket offices in Naples; you could easily go to one of them and ask for explanations.
