Deze tour is uniek omdat het water-gebaseerde, fiets-, wandel- en wildlife-ervaringen combineert in één dag, iets wat maar weinig bestemmingen in Kenia bieden. Toeristen beginnen met een bootsafari op Lake Naivasha, waardoor ze nijlpaarden en het rijke vogelleven van dichtbij en ononderbroken kunnen bekijken – een ervaring die sterk contrasteert met traditionele gamedrives alleen voor voertuigen. De overgang naar Hell’s Gate National Park biedt dan een zeldzame gelegenheid om te fietsen of wandelen in een nationaal park, waarbij je je op grondniveau beweegt tussen giraffen, zebra’s en antilopen zonder grote roofdieren. De begeleide wandeling door Hell’s Gate Gorge, met zijn geothermische stoombronnen, torenhoge kliffen en vulkanische formaties, voegt een sterk avontuur en geologische dimensie toe die je in de meeste safaricircuits niet vindt. Begin uw dag met een vroege ochtend pick-up bij uw hotel of residentie in Nairobi en geniet van een schilderachtige rit langs de Nairobi-Nakuru snelweg door de Great Rift Valley, waarbij u kort stopt bij een panoramisch uitzichtpunt voor fotografie en verfrissingen. Bij aankomst bij Lake Naivasha halverwege de ochtend, zullen toeristen aan boord gaan van een begeleide boot voor een ontspannen safari over het zoetwatermeer. Tijdens de cruise ziet u nijlpaarden dicht bij de boot komen, ziet u Afrikaanse visarenden naar beneden duiken om vis te vangen en identificeert u pelikanen, aalscholvers, reigers en andere watervogels langs de kustlijn. Uw Gids zal het ecosysteem van het meer, vogelmigratiepatronen en de relatie tussen wilde dieren en omliggende gemeenschappen uitleggen. Na de boottocht gaat u van boord en geniet u van tijd aan de oever van het meer, neemt u foto's, strekt u uw benen en geniet u van het rustige landschap voordat u naar het Lake Naivasha Crescent Hotel gaat, waar u kunt ontspannen en dineren met uitzicht op het meer.
Na de lunch rijdt u naar Hell’s Gate National Park en krijgt u een korte briefing bij de hoofdpoort over parkregels, veiligheid en activiteiten. Binnen in het park zullen toeristen een van Kenia’s meest interactieve parken ervaren door te kiezen voor fietsen door de open vlakten of te genieten van een begeleide game drive. Terwijl je door het park beweegt, zie je zebra's, giraffen, wrattenzwijnen, gazellen en buffels vrij rondlopen zonder roofdieren. Ga verder naar Hell's Gate Gorge, waar je een begeleide wandeling maakt door dramatische rotsformaties, smalle canyons, geothermische stoombronnen en warmwaterbronnen terwijl je leert over vulkanische activiteit en lokale geologie. U stopt bij iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals Fischertoren en de Centrale Toren voor fotografie en korte wandelingen in de natuur. Na het voltooien van de activiteiten verlaat u het park in de middag en begint u aan uw terugrit naar Nairobi, waar u in de vroege avond aankomt.

What was included was not clear to me from the original information. It wasn't until I had booked and paid and then met the driver that I realized how much more I needed to pay to actually see Hell's Gate Park. Be very careful!

The place is wonderful, the attention too, however the food on this occasion was not so good... unfortunately I had no good seasoning and all the times I have been there I leave very satisfied. Please don't let it slide, it's a place I really like.

Was a great day trip seen and did more then I expected, riding a pike past zebras and giraffes was something very different, boat trip is interesting as well

Perfect Organisation. We started on Time in the Morning from Nairobi to Hell‘s Gate. The bike Tour was awesome - spotting lots of animals in the park. Also on the boat we were able to check on the Hippos in Lake Naivasha.

Seeing the animals while cycling through the park was just the start. It is 8 km there and back but surface good and bikes in good repair. David our bike guide was informative and considerate.

I had a last minute opening in my schedule and managed to book this trip at night for the very next morning. Erick contacted me immediately and showed up on time. The day was incredible- we stopped along the way for gorgeous views of the valley, we went to Hell's Gate where a bike guide named David took me through Hell's Gate which was awesome. We did a bike ride in, a short hike then biked back. Gorgeous views. Then on to Lake Naivasha and a boat ride to see the hippos (you CAN pay extra to walk on Crescent Island but I didnt know that- will do that next time!). Honestly everyone was great- it was a perfect day trip and I couldn't be happier with my guide Erick!!

It was clear that there was no cash payment on the spot. We ended up paying 150 kr. extra because we had to withdraw at a nearby ATM
Dear Traveler, thank you for taking your time and leave us this review, i wonder why you are lying because you only paid bike and bout ride which costed only $30 per person. i would like let you know that it is well detailed very well that boat ride and bikes are managed by local people and they do not accept card payment but only cash.
