Na een korte kennismaking met je lokale gids, ga je op pad om Nairobi te verkennen! Wandelen door de straten van Nairobi en reizen met het openbaar vervoer biedt volop gelegenheid om je te mengen met de lokale bevolking tijdens hun dagelijkse leven, waardoor dit een behoorlijk solide lokale ervaring is in onze boeken. Je wandeltocht door Nairobi begint met een wandeling door Uhuru Park, in het hart van de stad, voordat je langs de parlementsgebouwen en het mausoleum van de eerste president van Kenia, Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, dwaalt.
Deze Nairobi-tour gaat verder met een kijkje in het Kenyatta Conference Centre.
7 augustus Memorial Park, dat werd gebouwd om het bombardement op de Amerikaanse ambassade te herdenken. We geven je ook de mogelijkheid om het Kenya National Archives en verschillende andere locaties in het stadscentrum te bezoeken, op basis van je interesses en onze route. Michael took exceptional care of our group of 16 travelers! We got an amazing and detailed overview of Nairobi, visited multiple sights and museums - we did way more in a half day than we would have accomplished in a full day on our own. Michael is incredibly passionate and caring, the best guide you could have!
The tour was about five hours, yet well-paced and balanced i.e. we covered a lot, but it didn't feeled rushed or tiring. Michael is super street smart, so I felt free to enjoy the vibe. He also has a lot of stories about everyday life in Kenya, which set me up well for the rest of my trip :)

Michael gave us a great day out in Nairobi. Told him what we were interested in and what to leave out. He is very charismatic and we had great craic engaging with the locals we met along the way. We felt totally safe and he was very attentive to our needs. You are in good hands with Michael.
Michael was a great guide his passion and knowledge of the city shined through He was attentive and continually watched over us through the diversity and chaos of this vibrant city. He tailored the stops to fit the groups wishes and took us to an amazing Somali restaurant for lunch - included.
