Rijd het hart van Nairobi binnen, waar de torenhoge wolkenkrabbers van het centrum van Nairobi staan als een bewijs van zijn moderniteit en vooruitgang. Ontdek een bloeiende metropool terwijl je geniet van de architectuur van de gebouwen en leer over de historische monumenten in de stad. Kom langs de parlementsgebouwen en de stadsmarkt, gevolgd door een bezoek aan het KICC Tower-helikopterplatform op de 28e verdieping, met een ongeëvenaard 360°-uitkijkpunt over Nairobi. Na de stadsrit gaat u naar Nairobi National Museum in Westlands, een schatkamer van Keniaanse geschiedenis, kunst en cultuur. Verken fascinerende tentoonstellingen die het rijke erfgoed van het land laten zien, van oude archeologische vondsten tot traditionele artefacten en hedendaagse kunstwerken. Leer over de oorsprong van de mensheid in de beroemde prehistorische galerie van het museum, met tentoonstellingen over de vroege menselijke evolutie en paleontologie. Lunch is optioneel in een restaurant naar keuze. Na de tour word je weer afgezet bij je hotel.

We saw things we could not have seen on our own. We appreciated the gulde's knowledge and flexibility. As this was a private tour, it was tailored to our needs - KICC and the Nairobi Gallery. The Nairobi Gallery is a little gem!

This tour was perfect for me! The rooftop view of the city from the KICC. The International museum and snake park had so much history and knowledge to learn. Paul is an exceptional tour guide and really knows his way around driving and walking! I will be recommending him to all my friends traveling to Nairobi!

We had an enjoyable day out with our guide, Paul. He took us to the key sites in Nairobi and tailored the itinerary to fit our interests. We appreciated visiting the Catholic Cathedral, Karen Blixen Museum and the Kazuri Bead factory. We would recommend Paul and this tour.

Too expensive. Have to pay entrance as well to the 3 places we visited. Driver/ guide was quite good

The reason why we do not include the entrance fees in this tour is because for some guests may not always want to visit some of the sights and others will book this tour having visited some of the sites at a previous time and would prefer not to visit again. We therefore exclude the entrance fees so guests have an option of where they would like to visit during the tour. Julius was an awesome guide. Prior to the tour, he spoke with us to find out our areas of interests so that he could give us the best experience possible. He was very knowledgeable of the city’s main landmarks and attractions, and was very strategic around the tour stops to account for high traffic times. I would recommend this tour.

Awesome half-day experience in Nairobi, many thanks to super professional guide Julius, with whom I was so incredibly lucky and who turned my Saturday into a real adventure filled with places, events, facts and interesting stories about Nairobi, Kenya, culture, history, flora and fauna. Everyone who travels a lot alone knows that you have to be very happy and then you will meet the right people who will truly open their country for you and will be able to give you a part of love for the place where they live. Julius is exactly the gift of the universe that was able to open Kenya to me and make me feel warm to this amazing country. Unfortunately, my stay in Kenya was not a vacation and I had very little time for rest, walks, trips, but thanks to Julius my weekend was so eventful that I will never forget it and, of course, since I will return to Kenya, I now know with whom I will plan further trips. I recommend from the bottom of my heart and envy those who are just going to discover Kenya - do it together with Julius.
