Fiji's originele offroad-avontuur neemt je mee naar het binnenland van Fiji aan boord van onze op maat gemaakte offroad-voertuigen. Het avontuur wordt tot leven gebracht door je gidsen die de ongelooflijke geschiedenis van de regio zullen delen en je natuurlijk kennis laten maken met de Fiji-cultuur en manier van leven. Door "The Road Less Travelled" te nemen, kunt u historische en geologische vindplaatsen uit de eerste hand zien die nog steeds zijn zoals ze waren van eeuwen geleden. De Off Road Cave Safari is een avontuur van een halve dag (4,5 uur) dat uitmondt in een geweldig bezoek aan het mooiste grottenstelsel van Fiji, de Naihehe-grot. Als onderdeel van deze ervaring vragen we ook toestemming aan de Bete (priesters) voordat we het grottenstelsel betreden. Je gidsen geven je een goed inzicht in de grotten en de rol die ze speelden tijdens de Fijische oorlogsdagen en de betekenis van de regio in de laatste oorlog van Fiji.

"Take the Road Less Traveled" wanneer u zich begeeft in het prachtige Fiji-binnenland en de regio verkent die zo'n belangrijke rol speelt in de geschiedenis van Fiji. Je gidsen zullen de tour tot leven brengen terwijl ze de ongelooflijke geschiedenis van de laatste oorlog van Fiji delen en de manier waarop het machtige Naihehe Cave-systeem zo'n belangrijke rol speelde bij het beschermen van de mensen tegen aanvallen. De Off Road Cave Safari-ervaring omvat een traditionele kava-ceremonie die toestemming vraagt om de grot binnen te gaan door de bete (priesters) die de traditionele beschermers van de grot zijn. Een begeleide ervaring in het grottenstelsel met natuurlijke formaties zoals stalagmieten en stalactieten, plus een levende geschiedenis van de Nabuavaju-clan. De grot wordt alleen verlicht door koplampen die door de bezoekers in de grot worden gedragen en de ongelooflijke onderdompeling in het grottenstelsel wordt tot leven gebracht door uw gids en de geest van de grot zelf. Terugkerend naar onze BBQ-site met uitzicht op de stroom / het zwemgat, geniet u van een ontspannende wind met een uitgebreide Fiji-lunch die uw maag zal vullen en de tijd zal geven om uw gastheren te leren kennen en nieuwe vrienden te maken. Terug naar het vertrekpunt, door dorpen en hi-fiving de kinderen die wachten om je te zien, aan het eind zullen we allemaal glimlachen. We zijn er zeker van dat je echt het gevoel zult hebben dat je een uniek Fiji avontuur hebt meegemaakt.

Book this now. You won't regret it! Zack and Tia were amazing. Zack had us laughing so much that my cheeks were hurting by the end and Tia's tour was incredibly informative and interesting. The BBQ spread was amazing! The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. And don't worry, the kava tastes just like orange juice! We'd happily book again and highly recommend this experience.

First time in Fiji and this was a super way to get a basic understanding of the Island and people. The History part in the cave was brilliantly interesting and gruesome. The village stop and food was excellent too. Everything ran to time and our guide and drive ( Tia Mariaand Moses ) were friendly, clever and fun.

We loved our buggy ride! Both Zach and Tia were awesome Guides and made the whole experience a joyful and funny one! Definitely recommend!! Caves can be a little warm so bring some water!

They picked us up at our hotel and we drove out to the river. From the initial drive on everyone was friendly and welcoming. We took a boat over then got in the jeep. Tia and Zack were amazing! Zack’s driving gave us air conditioning as we ventured through water rocks and gorgeous scenery. Tia provided background and stories about the villages and interesting history about the cave. Fantastic experience! The lunch was amazing! Fresh fruit and vegetables from the village.

We had a fabulous time doing the off road cave safari and bbq. Our host Zac from Sigatoka river safari, was absolutely amazing. After 3 days of our original tour being cancelled due to the weather, he made this tour happen for his, From the beginning at pick up to the end at drop off he made the whole day was a great experience. Winding up the hills through the lush plantations to reach the river is just the start to the adventure. The 4WD is unique and takes you to the cave. Our knowledgeable guides made the experience interesting and fun with a village stop and the cave. Kava and lunch capped off a great day.

My wife and I booked at our resort with Bella, she was warm and inviting and friendly, made the whole process of booking a breeze, we got picked up by Ace the driver the next day and he was so welcoming to all of us on board. We got to the river and met our tour guides Tia Maria & Zac, Zac drove us through the villages and handled the 4wd tracks with eases, Tia Maria knowledge of Fiji was eye catching and insightful, we learnt so much on our tour, learning the history of the cave was most fascinating and the experience was really once in a lifetime. They knew it was my wives 40th birthday and even organised a cake for us it was a wonderful surprise. We honestly can not thank the staff enough for welcoming us in and teaching us their culture and life in Fiji. Bella, Ace, Tia Maria & Zac keep up the wonderful work. We will be back.
