Sneeuwscooter nachtrijden is een belevenis die op elke bucketlist thuishoort. Deze tour is ontworpen voor volwassenen en neemt je mee door de donkere Lappische wildernis, waar je je sneeuwscooter onder een hemel vol sterren Gids. De paden zijn rustig, en het landschap voelt bijna onaangetast. Onderweg pauzeren we om ons te verzamelen rond een warm kampvuur, genietend van warme dranken en snacks. Uw Gids deelt verhalen uit het Noorden, waardoor het landschap en zijn tradities tot leven komen. En als het geluk aan jouw kant staat, kan het noorderlicht boven je verschijnen. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Uw ophaaltijd wordt binnen 48 uur na boeking via e-mail bevestigd van Apukka Resort (de aanbieder van de activiteit). Zorg ervoor dat u deze e-mail opent en leest! Wij bieden twee opstapplaatsen aan : Rovaniemi City Center : op adres Korkalonkatu 23, ophaaltijd 50 min voor aanvang activiteit. Santa Claus Village : De bushalte Napapiiri I door de hoofdweg, E75, pick-up tijd 35 minuten voor de starttijd van de activiteit. Houd er rekening mee dat als u de pick-up mist, restituties niet beschikbaar zijn.

Our guides Thimo and Hannaleena were absolutely amazing!!! We did the night snowmobiling through Apukka resort (only the safari, we did not stay at resort), and we had the time of our lives. We even got lucky and saw the northern lights! Our guides were extremely knowledgeable of Lapland, the culture, and were so kind. They were very dedicated to find the perfect spot to try to see the lights for us, and were so much fun to hang out with in the Kota. We talked and got to know each other as our guides told jokes and built a fire from scratch. Amazing experience, and even if you don’t get lucky and see the lights, you still have a blast snowmobiling around the forest! Thank you so much Thimo and Hannaleena!!!

Gorgeous and so much fun. Going through the forest from twilight to near midnight was magical. Stop for food and drinks was delicious.

We traveled about 30km on board the snowmobile. The staff provided us with all the necessary clothing to fight the cold. We stopped in a hut to enjoy a hot drink and eat a grilled sausage and biscuits. The guides were very helpful and kind. Last but not least, we saw the Aurora!!! An experience to do definitely.

This was really cool to do, there was a good explanation and guidance. The group wasn't too big either. At a few moments the northern lights were very visible and you stop as a group. We were able to take beautiful pictures here. The included bbq was very tasty. Waiting in the cold and sitting on the back is very cold so good and sufficient clothing is a must.

Even though there were no northern lights cause it was cloudy it was still great with the snowmobiling.

This was an amazing experience, the tour guides were so nice and friendly and gave us great laughs which added to the atmosphere, the northern lights were amazing , definitely do this excursion

It was ok, nice to be able to explore untouched scenes and have the chance to drive a snowmobile for the first time. But it is about it.
We really enjoyed this tour, zooming across the frozen lake at night and then off into the forest. We felt that the stop in the middle of the tour with the fire was a bit too long but that might have been because the weather was so bad - it was very snowy and cold and hard to see, and it wasn't great to stand around in. If it was a clear night with the aurora showing it's possible I would have wanted to stand there for a lot longer! The actual bits on the snowmobile were great and our guide was excellent. I've never done anything like this before and was a bit nervous at first but I soon got into it.
