Nachtelijke rondleiding door het tropische woud in Tifakara
Beschrijving
Onze tour vindt plaats op paden die grenzen aan het tropische woud. Eerst bezoeken we een kikkerreservaat waar roodoogkikkers in overvloed aanwezig zijn. Daarna lopen we door paden om meer soorten amfibieën en verrassingen uit de jungle te zien. Het concert van de kikkers begeleidt je tijdens de tour!

Onze nachttour begint met een wandeling door de interne paden van het hotel, waar we ons eerste kikkerreservaat hebben. Je zult meerdere soorten amfibieën kunnen observeren, waaronder de kikker Agalychnis callidryas (roodoogkikker). We blijven over paden lopen tot we ons tweede kikkerreservaat bereiken, iets groter dan het eerste. Deze wandeling laat je de sensaties van de tropische jungle ervaren zonder enig gevaar te hoeven ervaren. Het bos heeft altijd verrassingen voor ons, dus het is niet ongewoon om op onze tour te vinden: luiaards, nachtvogels en slangen.

The frog sanctuary at Tifakara was loaded with frog species from bullfrogs to red-eyes. We even saw a cat-eyed snake. Kevin was an extremely knowledgeable, fun guide. Absolutely recommend this short tour.

I got gifted this tour by my friends and we did it together on the first night we stayed in La Fortuna. Kevin was very friendly and he showed us around the gardens with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge about frogs. His passion for nature transpired in everything he was saying. He spotted and showed us so many frogs and even a small snake. He took amazing pictures and we were gifted some prints as well. At the end of the tour we were served a coconut and lime slush too, which was delicious. Highly recommend this tour, we loved it! Thank you!
