We traveled with our son, daughter-in-law and three grandsons ages 20, 17, and 14. Nabiel was fun, interesting, and very informative. The kids made great weiner schnitzel and apple strudel and had a blast doing it.! Expensive but worth it and we made a great memory!
Had the most fun evening in Vienna learning to make Strudel and Schnitzel from Nabiel! He shared his Grandma’s recipes with us, along with tips, and tricks. Wine flowed, strudel rolled - if you’re visiting Vienna don’t miss this unforgettable experience!

I loved this class! Nabiel is a very funny person and made this class a highlight of our trip. He is also a talented chef and instructor, and I look forward to making the Weiner schnitzel and apple strudel (his grandmother’s recipe) for my friends in California It was a delightful evening full of laughs, lots of wine and excellent Viennese food, and a wonderful learning experience.
Nabiel is a great cook and instructor. He made us laugh as well as demanded exactness in his cooking methods! If you’d like to learn more about Austrian cuisine, I highly recommend taking this class!
Nabiel is excellent! The schnitzel was amazing (much better than in a local restaurant) and it was really fun to get to chat with other travelers as well and he is hilarious 😁 would definitely recommend
Amazing experience. Chef is friendly, funny, and an excellent teacher. The wine we were provided was excellent as well.
The chef was very snippy with everyone and it made us uncomfortable and on edge instead of just enjoying the class. We were all afraid of being called out for a mistake. The food wasn’t good. It was expensive and out of all the things we did in Vienna it is the only one I wish we hadn’t done.
If you want to learn how to make schnitzel and be highly entertained at the same time, Nabiel‘s cooking class is for you. We arrived a little early and immediately treated by an offer for a glass of local beer or wine and to sit and have a chat. We then proceeded into the kitchen to learn how to make Pörkölt (Austrian goulash). We then began the lesson in how to make schnitzel. It was informative, highly entertaining, and a little disconcerting. None of us had the technique down right but we all had a tremendous amount of fun and lots of time and encouragement to practice. From there, we learned how to make Kaiserschmarm.. We recommend this cooking class most highly. Thank you, Nabiel.
It was a wonderful experience. Very informative but entertaining. Everyone was included in all parts of the evening. The food was delicious
