We zullen ernaar streven om u de beste ervaring te geven terwijl u hier ons thuisland bezoekt. Al onze chauffeurs zijn 100% Navajo en wonen in Monument Valley en de nabije omgeving. Ophalen en wegbrengen Locatie is bij het Navajo Tribal Park Visitor Center. Aan de westkant van de grote verharde parkeerplaats is een turquoise tourcabine. Je Gids ontmoet je daar goed. Toiletten en waterfontein bevinden zich in het bezoekerscentrum. Zorg ervoor dat je voor de tour gebruik maakt van faciliteiten en neem wat water mee. Jassen, gezichtsmasker en schoenen met een dicht einde zijn allemaal enkele opties om te overwegen om je aan te nemen. Kleed je naar het weer. Dank je wel.

- BELANGRIJKE INFORMATIE!!! Houd er rekening mee dat Monument Valley de zomertijd hanteert. Wij hanteren Mountain Daylight Saving Time. (MDT) Wanneer we de zomertijd hanteren, lopen we 1 uur voor op de tijd in Arizona. Wanneer we de zomertijd niet hanteren, lopen we dezelfde tijd als in Arizona. Als u niet zeker weet hoe laat we zijn, kunt u mij bellen of een sms sturen. Zorg ervoor dat u de juiste tijdzone gebruikt voor uw geplande tours. Als u een uur te laat bent voor uw tour, kunnen we niet garanderen dat uw tour opnieuw kan worden gepland. Houd dus rekening met de tijdsverschillen.
- Vermeld contactgegevens bij uw reservering, bij voorkeur een telefoonnummer waarop we u kunnen bereiken als u reist. Een werkend telefoonnummer is erg belangrijk, we moeten u mogelijk de dag voor of op de dag van uw tour contacteren over uw reservering. Als er een manier is om uw e-mailadres in te vullen, doe dat dan. Het opnemen van beide vormen van contactgegevens bij uw reservering helpt bij de communicatie met u. Het wordt op prijs gesteld als u met ons communiceert over uw tour. Om het contact met u gemakkelijker te maken, kunt u mij uw e-mailadres sturen via een bericht op de Viator-reserveringswebsite. - Toegangsprijs Navajo Nation Park is niet inbegrepen bij de prijs van de tour. U kunt de toegangsprijs voor het park apart online kopen of u kunt een ticket kopen bij de tolpoort bij de ingang van het park of bij het Welcome Center. Als u vooraf een ticket koopt, kunt u sneller door de tolpoort komen.
- De PickUp-locatie is NIET bij het Welcome Center, dat bij de rotonde ligt. Het Navajo Tribal Park Visitor Center ligt 3-4 mijl ten oosten van het Welcome Center. Als u hulp nodig hebt bij het vinden van de PickUp-locatie of als u te laat bent, bel of sms me dan zodat ik u kan helpen. Als we geen tour hebben gepland voor de dag of tour die u aanvraagt, moet u mogelijk een tweede ticket kopen. We doen ons best om met alleenreizenden te werken, dus bel ons voordat u een reservering maakt om te zien welke tours we voor u beschikbaar hebben.
- Wij zijn een huisdiervriendelijk bedrijf, als u vragen heeft over een huisdiervriendelijke tour, ga dan naar onze hoofdwebsite. Alle informatie en tours voor huisdiervriendelijke tours zijn alleen beschikbaar op onze website.
- In de zomer is het hier warm, dus houd daar rekening mee als u een tour boekt. Controleer de weersomstandigheden en temperaturen als u uw tour boekt. Zorg ervoor dat u zich gepast kleedt voor de tour. Het dragen van sandalen in de zomer wordt afgeraden, het zand en de rotsen worden heet.
- Houd er rekening mee dat we tijdens de winteruren geen avondtours beschikbaar hebben. Controleer tour tijden met zonsondergang tijd. We willen je niet meenemen op een late tour. Wintertijd hebben we kortere dagen dus Sunset tijden zijn rond 5-6pm. Als je een tour reserveert die om 17.00 uur begint, heb je goed een zeer korte tijd van daglicht en de rest van je tour goed in het donker.
- Houd rekening met weertemperaturen bij het boeken van een tour. Het wordt hier wel warm tijdens de zomer en het wordt hier wel koud tijdens de winter. Als je de warmte niet erg vindt doen we de tour goed, als je de kou niet erg vindt doen we de tour goed maar wees voorbereid en kleed je dienovereenkomstig aan het weer. In de winter hebben we dekens beschikbaar voor vrachtwagens in de open lucht en we hebben ook gesloten voertuigen voor sommige tours. Wanneer er geen ingesloten ruimte beschikbaar is hebben we u goed op de voorstoel van de open met uw gids.
- Als u een gesloten voertuig wilt, laat het ons dan van tevoren weten, zodat we kunnen doen wat we kunnen om met u samen te werken.
- Tijdens de zomer wordt het hier wel warm dus houd daar rekening mee bij het boeken van een tour. Controleer de weersomstandigheden en temperaturen bij het boeken van uw tour. Zorg ervoor dat je je dienovereenkomstig kleedt voor de tour. Het dragen van sandalen in de zomer wordt afgeraden, het zand en de rotsen worden wel heet.

Had a great tour with Amory. He’s very knowledgeable and brought us to some terrific locations. He is also a clever photographer and took some wonderful pictures for us. I make a photo book of all of our vacations and this is going to be the best one!
We took the Sunset Tour and loved it. Amery was so knowledgeable and made the trip super interesting, especially going onto the private land. Highly recommend Three Sisters tours.
We did a full day tour which took us to Mystery Valley as well as Monument Valley. Benny was incredible as a guide, sharing a great deal about himself. At one stop, Benny ang a Navajo song about an Eagle as we looked at up through an opening in the rocks. That w as special. If you want to see the sites but also want to hear about the land from a Navajo perspective, this is the tour I would strongly recommend you take.
Emery was an excellent, kind, and knowledgeable tour guide. He was on time and professional. He helped us take all of our pictures and gave us valuable insight into Navajo culture. He is connected to the land in a special way because he grew up there and is committed to educating people about the rich history of the Navajo people. I highly recommend booking with this company. Mystery Valley was amazing but we would have enjoyed it more if our guide provided more than minimal information about it. He barely spoke, and when he did, he didn't raise his voice enough to be heard by anyone but the person right next to him. He seemed very competent at driving off-road, which was presumably why he was hired.
The tour was great we saw lots of petroglyphs and stone houses of the Anasazi, they let us bring the dogs which was the reason I chose this company. The flowers were in bloom and it was breathtaking. The only thing I wish was that the tour guide (who was very nice and capable) would have had a little more knowledge and facts about the area and would have been a little more talkative. He did know where to go and the names of the rock monuments but he did not elaborate on much else.
If you are visiting Monument Valley, do not miss the Mystery Valley tour with Three Sister Navajo Guided Tours. It is important to know that you cannot enter Mystery Valley on your own; you must be accompanied by a guide to access this area. This tour is a great way to visit these protected sites and truly experience the soul of the landscape. Taking a tour guided by a Navajo person and owned by Navajo entrepreneurs is also a great way to support people who live in the Park or nearby in very basic conditions in order to stay true to their land and ancestors. We took the 9 AM Mystery Valley tour (3.5–4 hours) and, it being the off-season, we were the only two people on the tour. Having Mystery Valley pretty much to ourselves—seeing only one other tour heading in as we were leaving—made the experience feel incredibly intimate. Our guide, Amory, was excellent. As a Navajo man whose family has lived on this land for generations, he provided a connection to the valley that made all the difference. Despite it being a tour of just two people, Amory showed absolutely no hurry or reduced interest. He took the time to sit with us and give detailed explanations after every stop, sharing profound insights into both ancient life and the current state of the Navajo people. He was also very diligent about safety, checking for things like rattlesnakes before we explored the sites. Beyond the history, Amory made sure we got great pictures, even sharing "photography tricks" at the most breathtaking sights to make the memories even more special. Seeing the pottery shards, storage areas, and especially the petroglyphs through his eyes was remarkable. The petroglyphs themselves are beautiful and mysterious; reaching us from ancient times, they clearly served both practical and deeply symbolic purposes for the people who once lived here. It was remarkable to stand there and imagine how the ancients' life in this magnificent, stark habitat might have been. A quick logistical note: The tour starts at the Monument Valley Visitor's Center parking lot. Even if your pickup directions on Viator indicate a spot within the Monument Valley Scenic Drive, meet your guide at the Visitor's Center parking lot. The highlight of the trip was Amory's closing words. He told us he was happy we were interested in his ancestors' way of life and that we were always welcome back because, as he put it, "there are no outsiders here—everyone is welcome". It felt less like a "tour" and more like a privileged look into a living culture. This was easily the most meaningful part of our trip. Take the Three Sister Mystery Valley tour and ask for Amory! Highly recommended!
Loved learning about the Navaho culture from someone who really knows! This behind the scenes trip was so special. We only saw one other group - very different than the long lines of cars in other places.
