Worst tour imaginable.
We had no idea this was self guided. No where did it explain that pr that it was a scavenger hunt. There are online scavenger hunts at 1/4 of the price. Do not book this. £62 and all we got was a set of clues and we had to write the answer to the riddles (write in the snow!!!). This is an absolute con.

Our rally guide informed us that you and your group decided to cancel the experience before the game officially started. We would therefore like to clarify a few points. Our mystery rallies are not self-guided in the sense of being unattended. Each rally is hosted by a trained rally guide who welcomes the group on site, explains the game, supports participants throughout the experience, and moderates the final evaluation, including an award ceremony and the opening of the treasure chest. The teams solve the riddles independently, which is a core element of any puzzle or riddle rally.
We would also like to point out that we consciously avoid the term “scavenger hunt.” The expression originates from historically racist contexts in which “scavenging” referred to degrading human pursuits. For this reason, we deliberately use terms such as rally, riddle rally, or puzzle rally, which more accurately and respectfully describe what the experience is: a puzzle-based exploration of the city with historical background. Since this terminology is used in the headline as well as multiple times in the description of your booked experience, we assume that the nature of the activity was clearly communicated prior to booking.
We are very sorry that you did not try the rally together with the other participants. Our experiences have been enjoyed by many enthusiastic guests for almost ten years, and it is quite possible that you might have enjoyed it as well.
However, if you were expecting a classic guided city tour, then our product was indeed not the right fit. In that case, we are sorry that you booked an experience that was not what you were actually looking for.

Funny day
It was a very fun day with friends in Vienna, the tour is entertaining and also informative. You get a lot of background knowledge about old Vienna

Discover the hidden things of the city

A nice scary rally!
Everything worked out wonderfully. We have been received superbly and the whole organization was excellent. We felt very comfortable and the team had fun exploring, puzzling and shivering in the city. We definitely recommend it!

I would repeat. Example of Gothic art. And when they finish cleaning the outside... A wonder.The smell of horse urine
Impressive! Admission is free, and if you go to Mass time, the better. It is undergoing restoration by cleaning outside. I have visited her several times and she always impresses.

A super Ralley. You experience Vienna in a completely different way. Were as a company in Vienna, but would always do the Ralley again when I am there with friends privately. You get to places and experience things that you would almost certainly never find out. Definitely highly recommended. Also the contact and communication before was with ArchaeoNOW well and very fast

Great experience and very cool tour!
I took part in the puzzle rally "The spooky city" with my grandson!
It was a great experience! Very well organized with a city map and puzzle clues, or rather envelopes with clues. We really enjoyed the puzzle rally and learned a lot about Old Vienna!
My grandson talked about it enthusiastically at home afterwards!
I can highly recommend this event!

Very successful puzzle rally
A very interesting concept for getting to know a city - or getting to know it better. We booked the "Scary City" tour with friends. I, who has been to Vienna several times, saw and learned a lot of new things. To do this, we had to solve puzzles. We found these quite easy in a group - but it was definitely very entertaining.

Good and perfect implemented idea
Very cool idea and well implemented.
Nice little circular tour with interesting information about downtown Vienna.
Puzzles are not hard.
