Poor excuse for a museum. We had pre-purchased tickets and it should have been a simple process to show them the downloaded sheet. It was not. We have visited museums in many Capital cities and this was a very bad experience. Mostly their refusal to honor our prepaid tickets, but the selection of artists was severely limited and the number of works very limited.

Watch out! Tickets not valid via this site! Access was denied at the entrance and we had to buy tickets and they are 3X cheaper (5 euros)

A scam we have not got the tickets and the PDF they send is invalid you have to do flips to get it valid

We both liked the museum. However, the price here is really a rip-off, on site tickets cost 5€ or 3€ for students and we paid 27€ online here.

Ticket easily purchased at box office and guide provided by museum better than yours. So next time will use Museum. No more comments required. Annoying !
the museum was very good ... but don’t expect an audio guide of the exhibition there is none! Too bad to buy something that doesn’t exist
Up to 25 years you do not pay. In 4 we paid €16. Museum on several floors very interesting. Correctly guided. Some paintings were missing as often happens. However fantastic experience.
Very nice and interesting Struck by De Chirico's works of almost moving beauty After visiting the Duomo it is also worth visiting this Museum which is just a stone's throw away
fixed stage If you are Milan even passing through you have to go. everyone knows him, everyone knows where he is (piazza Duomo 8) and everyone has gone there at least once in his life (even if only to take a picture with the cathedral behind him)
